Fools on the Hill

Big Pimpin' and Spiritual Styling Bill.
when he rollin' dey hatin'
an don't fuck wit the man's bling.

Lately I've been reading a bit of Emanuel Swedenborg.  I've been browsing through Heaven and Hell and Divine Love and Wisdom.

Hey, I don't understand all of it - I'm no religious scholar.  I can't even say I truly understand what little I read.  It's not because I am dyslexic or suffering from a mental disorder or less than well educated.  It's a damned thick set of concepts and is written in Swedenborg's elaborate and florid writing style.  So I figure if it takes me a while to figure it out, it has to take any other Average Joe a while to absorb it as well.

At the Academy for Psychic Studies, the ministerial staff and students were encouraged, assigned and browbeat to "study" the works of Swedenborg.  People walking through the Academy for Psychic Studies compound in Berkeley clutching the works of Swedenborg while wiping sweat from their brows was a daily sight.

Why they were carrying Swedenborg's books was pretty obvious - they were assigned certain chapters or passages to read and interpret.  Generally, the person who made the assignment was none other than Rev. Bill Duby himself.

Bill was famous for positioning himself as the ultimate authority on Emmanuel Swedenborg's works while telling his ministers, his students and even his wives they knew no more about Swedenborg than the family dog.  At the same time, Bill was equally infamous for boasting he was not only so insane he was drawing disability benefits, Bill frequently pointed out he had dyslexia and was a "bad student" throughout elementary and high school - leading to a lack of and a disdain for "book learning" and all forms of education as we know it.  It appears that Bill had never graduated from or attended college - not even a bible college (Bill never presented a college degree or certificate, nor could he produce the name of the bible college he was said to have attended).

A lack of education (biblical or otherwise), his own "insanity" and his claim of dyslexia never stopped Bill Duby from being the resident authority for all things Swedenborg.  Since Bill read the works of Swedenborg with the same superficiality that I have and was challenged by his own dyslexia and "insanity", I am sure he had even more understanding of the topic as i do.  Bill asserted his authority on Swedenborg by having the followers read specific sections of Swedenborg's works and no others.

Bill's reasoning for the restrictions was that Swedenborg's teachings were so powerful that only the most enlightened persons could absorb and understand them without doing serious psychic harm to their body, mind and soul.

Based on Bill's repeated assertions of his own insanity, that he often claimed he had dyslexia, that he claimed he was not well educated and that I recalled seeing bottles of powerful prescription drugs for hypertension and bipolar disorder with his name on them; I believe Bill was working very hard to restrict his followers to reading only the portions of Swedenborg's works that Bill had read.  As it turns out, those were only a few sections.  In fact, it was only a few portions of those few sections.

The ministers especially were assigned to make "translations" of those fragments of Swedenborg's works from its original meaning and context into a modern, spiritual meaning in the light of Bill Duby's psychic visions. Since Bill's psychic visions were no more than confused observations, psychotic episodes or plain old delusions that resulted from his diseased mind, no one could understand Bill's unique interpretations much less adopt them.

So it's not a surprise that only the three women who comprised his leadership team were sufficiently enlightened to understand the works of Swedenborg.  It's even less of a surprise to see that those women were Bill's two sister wives and the woman he chose as the church bishop.  The nepotism and incestuous relationship between the leadership of the Academy for Psychic Studies and the founder of the Academy just can't be ignored.

Still, those three Witches of Ellsworth were presented to us as penultimate authorities on Swedenborg - even though they read and understood even less of Swedenborg's works than Bill Duby.

So since no one could interpret Swedenborg's works as thoroughly and thoughtfully as Bill, everyone who wrote his or her own interpretation of those works was seriously demeaned and humiliated in front of the assembled congregation as an infidel, idiot, turncoat or some kind of psychic criminal.  Bill or one of his witches would routinely reject the writings from ministers, students or anyone else who was unfortunate enough to have been assigned to write a psychic translation of Swedenborg's works.  As the Academy for Psychic Studies required regular sacrifices, one or more followers were assigned a Swedenborg passage each week in preparation for public flogging and crucifixion.  That probably explains why there were people walking around with sweat dripping from their foreheads.  Rejection of your work always led to Bill and his sister wives taking a pound of flesh.  Or three.

Just as likely as a rejection, you might find your well-constructed, thoughtful and otherwise good quality essay was re-written in a form that looked nothing like your own style or vocabulary.  Well, it probably would if you were rolling on ecstasy, LSD, too many bong hits or even one too many rum and cokes.

I and almost all of my colleagues had our writing assignments completely re-written in a form that was so foreign to our own persona, our own command of the English language and our own thoughtful and logical reasoning that it might as well have been written in a foreign language - like Aramaic or Martian.

You see, the only interpretation of Emanuel Swedenborg acceptable to Bill Duby was the interpretation only he could concoct. Any other interpretation - even those made by the scholars of the Swedenborg Society were just plain stupid.  If you were to look for the collected Duby interpretation of the works of Swedenborg, you'd find it on a single page of kindergarten-spaced paper written in crayon.

Bill's take on the various works of Emanuel Swedenborg was the same damn thing no matter what book, passage or thoughts had caught Bill's eye.  No real search for meaning and relevance in his life.  No atmosphere of beneficial debate and exploration.  No real learning about Swedenborg was provided from Bill.

But hey, give Bill a break!  He was insane, dyslexic, a poor student and was never into this damn book-learning anyway!

That works for the Witches of Ellsworth; who have inherited Bill's legacy.  What little they learned of Swedenborg, they learned from the ultimate authority: Bill Duby himself.  No wonder they stopped giving a damn about him.  Errr, I think I mean them.  That is, the Witches give not one damn about Bill Duby nor Emanuel Swedenborg.  No matter how many times the Witches invoke the names Duby and Swedenborg, there's no affection or understanding supporting it.

I'm not surprised.  With Bill running around screaming about making money and directing the Witches to "take care of business first" while making them read random, brief sections of Swedenborg, the best you can say is that the Witches were continuing an insane legacy. More likely, they adopted that legacy only because there is money in it.

So all that made me wonder: how much of an authority on Swedenborg was Bill Duby and how qualified are his Witches and their fat bastard malingerers to carry on Bill Duby's legacy?

Well, if they are carrying on his legacy of deception, usurping the bond between you and the persons and things most dear to you, conning you out of your assets, destroying your sense of self-worth, and permanently corrupting your children and your sense of what's correct and moral then I guess they are doing a marvelous job.

As for how well they teach the essense of Swedenborg's works, well I think you can figure that out for yourself.

We were duped.  We felt like fools then and we feel more like fools now.

It's not easy to admit you got conned.  It's even tougher to write about it.  A commenter did indeed write about his or her own revelation of being cheated.  It's below.

A little set-up:  in one of my earlier posts, a commenter left a message saying she never saw anything fishy going on there.  This commenter was a massage therapist in training who was engaging in her practicum or internship at the Academy compound.  She commented that while she hated the free psychotic reading offered her, she believes that those of us who fell for the "stupid things" thrown at us by the leaders are "stupid people".  Although this massage therapist said one or two things about the leaders, she still claims she saw nothing like what we all lived through.

Apparently, this massage therapist is one of the many who say they don't believe it until they see it while they refuse to pull their head out of the sand to take a look around.

That's a common trait of people who do not understand those affected by cults - and those who don't believe cults exist.

Like the fool on the hill (that man of a thousand voices standing perfectly still) nobody seems to notice what's going on at the Academy for Psychic Studies.

That's all gonna change:

I've asked Rick Ross to update his page on the Academy for Psychic Studies.  There is a picture of the fool on the hill there as well.  I would encourage anyone with a story to send it along to the Ross Institute.

The more we make disclosure, the more exposure of this worthless and dysfunctional organization will happen.  And like sunshine, that exposure will disinfect the world of this virus.

Below is that response to the massage therapist I told you about:

======================================================
We were fools over the long term.

We were fools rushing in for believing the love we were looking for was here. It was magic, it was fun. Then like a marriage, it began to wear off, and the honeymoon period was over. We then had to give up our independence or compromise our information for the betterment of this relationship.
Then the period of getting along and not ruffling any feathers began. We then had brief periods of wondering why the people we so admired started to get controlling and manipulative with us, but we hoped things would get better.
That was a long haul, and some of us had kids that we didn't want to uproot so we stuck it out. Our families wondered why we had changed and we couldn't get to any other family functions anymore. Our friends we knew, stopped calling us to get together. Of course we would make excuses for our absences and turn down of invites.
Its a mindset that you start to absorb, the outside world doesn't matter, only the good inside these walls are of concern to us. We are asked over and over again to give up personal plans, many times on the spur of the moment and justify it in our minds, that the church needs are more important than ours.
So, the massage therapist may have seen little activity while there, but she never stuck around for the whole process. The recruiting doesn't really happen until you commit to some beginning classes or healing sessions where you then are nudged into taking more and more classes, a retreat, sometimes if they saw something in you, they would invite you for free on the retreats.
That often led to R. Bill, Angela or Debi to take you aside and blow your mind with information you never heard about before.
That is the catch, and the catch is your caught like a TUNA!

I say potato, You say I hate you

Yeah, I know it's not a potato.  Use your imagination.

Janehellen started talking about the ugly language and bad words she learned while imprisoned at the Spiritual Rights Foundation.

Of course, she is not talking about the frequent and sometimes-appropriate cursing or my frequent dropping of f-bombs.  It's about how the Spiritual Rights Foundation and the Academy for Psychic Studies re-defines words, phrases and language as a whole to conduct their campaign of mind control, intimidation so they may ingratiate themselves into your life.

What kinds of words and sayings were perverted to serve their purposes and how were they re-defined?

How about these:

Prosperity - is getting what you need when you need it.
So, whenever you got a paycheck or won some money at Las Vegas, you had to give up a good portion of your hard won cash to the leaders at the Spiritual Rights Foundation.  What for?  Well, it was because God gave you that money so you would learn how to tithe to your church!  See, you got money at exactly the moment God wanted you to give to Angela and Robin!  See how prosperous you are?

I am fathering (or mothering) your children from above.
That way, you won't mind when I take your children away so I can buy them all the toys they can carry, fill them up with all the greasy, salty and unhealthy fast food they can eat and take them to all the most fun kid stuff I can find so while you are working late at the church late at night for free, I can tell them how YOU are an inadequate parent.

Be neutral.
Sit there and take it while I scream in your face so loud that spit flies in your face.  Stand still and grin while I go through your pockets for any of your money you may have kept for yourself.  Be happy and thankful while we tell lies to your spouse and child that drive them away from you.

How about others?  I've been exercising my urge to purge these idiot phrases from my vocabulary so I don't remember them all.  Drop them into the comment field, OK?

As far as the Spiritual Rights Foundation's overall vocabulary is concerned, at best they are stuck in the 70's.  No, not the 80's.  The stinky, ratty-haired, dirty, brain-dead era where everyone tried something new not because they had learned about it and thought it through - they did it to piss off their parents.

I think I never saw so many people speaking, walking and sometimes looking a lot like those from the 70's.  In fact, I recall one person who appeared to me to be an aging hippie was actually younger than me.  That person embraced the time-freeze at SRF so well, they were able to convincingly present themselves as a member of a generation they were never a part of.

While this person has left the confines of the evil SRF cult, they still extol the blissful atmosphere of the cesspool and praise the sunshine, patchouli oil scent, long peasant skirts and just mellowing out maaaaaaaaan.

Anyway, combine their deliberate misuse of language to serve their needs with their inability to improve and update their vocabulary and you get a micro-world with it's own language that has a meaning unknowable to those who have a brain left and not understood even by those who created it.

Of course, we who have no evil motives use language to communicate clearly to the established standards of language - like using the dictionary definitions to clarify our speech.

But the Spiritual Rights Foundation and the Academy for Psychic Studies use language for a completely different purpose.

We who have been there found out the hard way.

No, their language didn't re-define our universe, clarify our minds, sharpen our intuition or heighten our senses.

We found our minds clouded from the ever changing definitions of the principles.  Our intuition was dulled from having to re-define and re-structure ourselves.  Our senses were dulled from the lack of sleep, the demand for excessive work, and the never-ending classes that droned on and on from early evening into the next morning.

That had to be the real purpose: to break us down, to make us submissive, to create a receptive and accepting atmosphere for the evil principles and for the mind control they needed so much to continue.

Like a horse, once we were broken, our controllers could ride us as hard and as long as they wanted.

Looking back on all that has happened over the years, I am not at all surprised that Rev. William (Bill) Duby had to perpetuate his own brand of mind control on his followers.  He had to do it so he could feed the two hungry bears named Angela and Robin, as well as his on insatiable appetite for all the creature comforts and expensive toys he wanted.

It's ironic though, that Bill Duby dropped dead at an early age and was didn't have all that long to enjoy his farm, his luxury RV, his satellite TV and all the gold coins, custom Harleys and Cadillacs that a wealthy man could have.

Bill did advise his two wives to close SRF down, break apart what's left and start over if he died.

They didn't.

So as interest in SRF declines and as the credibility of the Academy for Psychic Studies swirls down the toilet, Bill's sister wives continue to fiddle while their empire crumbles.

If these two were really so devoted to the principles and teachings of their lover, master and teacher, why didn't they break apart the Spiritual Rights Foundation as directed?

They say they want to maintain a place for psychic and spiritual people to gather, teach and learn.

They left out the part where you have to pay to attend that place and that you have to give free labor to that place and they left out how all that money goes to two women and only two women.

The money it takes to maintain the SRF sewer is fairly low.  Even with declining interest, they can survive.  So if there is a huge profit, why is it that the congregation pays a ton just for the privilege of showing up and working for free?

It's Poll Seasion!

You'd better vote
because Auntie Sam wants YOU.

In honor of the presidential elections, I have an idea.

The latest comment left here basically says he's bored as fuck with this blog and its usefulness is long over.  Apart from other allegations, that is.

Honestly, I can't really tell if he's right or wrong.  On the other hand, I wouldn't be the most objective either.  I have my opinions on the whole thing but I'll just let that stand for he time being.

So, I will leave it up to you folks.  I'm going to take a poll.

Yup, just like Gallup, Fox News and everyone else at this time of year are doing, I will be running a poll of my own and use that data to determine the future of all you find here.

It's a simple poll.  Frankly, there are only two outcomes for the life of this blog: life or death.

Sure, I could completely change this blog and start writing about unicorns and rainbows.  I can write bullshit stories about my non-existant personal pain and angst (actually, I had a wrath of angst deciding how low to cut an overgrown shrub - and tremendous personal pain after discovering it wasn't low enough).  That's just not me.  I am much more comfortable being a complete asshole.

That's what the poll is really all about.  I would like to know if anyone reads this blog and if they indeed appreciate the sometimes irregular but always reliable assholiness.

Click on your answer on the right.  The more you click, the more votes you have.  It runs until Octover 15, so vote early and vote often.

Until then, any new articles will appear underneath this one.

Oh, and if the votes say "kill this shit", don't take it as an automatic poison pill.  I will need to check to be sure the votes aren't coming from behind iron fences on aging computers used by people wearing dirty bi-focals tapping away mindlessly.  If there are a preponderance of legitimate votes in the negative, I'll close this thing down.

However if you want this to live, you need to check the box.  It's up to you.  As they say, one vote can make a world of difference.

There's no SuperPAC involved in this poll.  It's all you and where this blog goes is all up to you.

Draining The Snake

As the one thing the Witches of Ellsworth Street covets more than anything else is money, money, money, the best way to give them indigestion, high blood pressure and insomnia is to make them spend more of it than they prefer.  Since they have no stomach for an expense of more than zero, I'd say it's a low bar to hurdle.

Of course, I pounded them hard with a winning lawsuit.  I pounded them again by tipping off the Contra Costa Building Inspection Division there was something fishy going on at the Blue Sky Ranch.  That right there cost the Witches of Ellsworth Street tens and tens of thousands of dollars.

I say it's high time to push them up to the six-figure space.

Now, these expenses don't need to be grand slams.  It was one hell of a lot of work to crush them in court and even more work to create a complaint that compelled the building inspectors to act.  There's some ways you can help the public, potentially even your own neighbors: get the word about this dangerous cult out to the world and keep it there.

That's right.  It's called supply-side economics Witches of Ellsworth style.  They demand their tributes.  We prevent their supply.

The current trajectory of the Academy for Psychic Studies is such that they are dumping (dribbling, actually) their cash reserves downward bit by bit.  That the Blue Sky Ranch cost them plenty in fines, engineering studies and repairs is just the latest in their travails.

Now is the time to press forward to prevent the Witches of Ellsworth Street from obtaining what they want to restore their perverse glory.  It's time to tell the public of the toxicity in the Academy for Psychic Studies.  It's time to ensure those who would be ensnared in this web of lies and exploitation are never trapped.

Take a moment to do something.  Make a comment - anonymously would be great as there is no damn way the Witches will be able to know who you are.  I defeated their attempt to force me to identify anyone who posts a comment and strengthened my commitment to your freedom of speech.

If someone asks about the place, pull them aside and give them the lowdown.  If you can make a rating on Yelp!, all the better.  Marilyn has done that already.  Again, there's nothing the Witches can do to you.

We all know there are things the Witches are doing that fall outside the law.  Some of it is just outside.  A lot of it is well outside.

Blow that whistle.  Take that one step forward.  If you are knowledgeable of any potentially illegal actions, write to the appropriate agency.  As a whistleblower, you will be protected if your report is made in good faith.  All things considered, your knowledge there is something that even feels a little shady, you would be protected even if your report turns out to be not actionable.

Since the Witches (Robin Dumolin in particular) have brayed loud and long about "the spirit of the law" over "the letter of the law", they'd have to admit your report in the spirit of the law is nothing more than doing exactly as they taught.

So tell the government.  It's not vengeful.  It's more like telling the cops there one hell of a lot of people speeding down your street.  It's a report.  Law enforcement will decide what will happen and they will be the ones the Witches will have to face.

It is more like Duby's perverted sense of karma - which was exactly like penance or setting the scales right.  Only for you, it's more like setting your own scales in balance while society benefits.

I for one, am glad to have done my part.  I also know there is more that should be done to right the wrongs the Witches of Ellsworth Street have perpetrated.  Your one step forward will be the one step backward the Witches will take to the gates of Hell.

That's something we can all look forward to seeing.

STRIPPED!

Well, it's all done.  The infamous Blue Sky Ranch has been stripped of all it's perverse glory and reverted to a half-finished storage unit.

Take a look at this:

Before

After

Angela should feel a lot better about this whole dust-up.  The inspectors allowed them to leave the fucking oak staircase.  I'm sure that will add thousands to the home's value.

Of course, if someone buys this confused and disorganized mess can finish out the space with all the things Angela Silva had to throw out.  That will happen only if someone actually buys this heap of garbage.

Looks like there are some soffit-like items added to the place.  I can't tell what they are for and I really wouldn't want to find out either.

As these pictures are posted on the page that advertises this mess online, they are not taken on the sly.  These are actual publicly available pictures.

So now that the price of the Blue Sky Ranch has been dropped to a mere $479,000.00, do you think it's worth the money?

Yeah, I don't either.

Staff Infection

Well, the reports I have been receiving about the collapse and demise of the nauseous and diseased Academy for Psychic Studies were a bit premature.

That's right.  I said premature.

I got inaccurate information about the state of the Academy's health.  As you know, I heard there was only the two fat guys left.  Whether that was a deliberate attempt to obfuscate or conceal the true nature of the Academy's status or if that was just another example of how, at the Academy for Psychic Studies, gossip is taken as fact and wishful thinking is taken as reality is anyone's guess at this point.

However, that the information was incorrect and that I had incurred false hope and unwarranted celebration is a situation I cannot abide.  There's no excuse.  I relied on the unreliable and paid the price.

Don't ask me to name my sources.  I won't talk about them.  This error is my fault and mine alone. That's not what you would hear from the SRF leaders, nor would you hear that from a current follower.  You'd never here this either: I apologize for any problems my inaccuracy has incurred.  I'll fight harder than a heavyweight champ to protect free speech and the truth.  There's no purpose to fight for inaccurate information.

The Academy is not dead.

The fact remains, there is an Academy for Psychic Studies/Spiritual Rights Foundation.  It is alive (although a shadow of its former self).  So while the Spiritual Rights Foundation lives today, we may see the day where time has taken its toll, vital and youthful prospects are uninspired to join and the geriatric followers are too frail to continue.

That day isn't today.

Take a look at the Academy for Psychic Studies' website.  At long last, there is a staff page displaying the Witches of Ellsworth, their super-sized sycophant and their remaining weary followers - 5 followers in total, 8 when you add the Witches and their whipping boy.  I guess one reason for it is that there are so few people remaining at this psychic sewage treatment plant their names and faces will conveniently fit on one page.  Another reason is that someone, somewhere, decided to advise the Witches of Ellsworth Street to allow their faces to be shown to the public.  I think the Witches agreed but only if the remaining staff members of the Academy posted their faces so as to provide human shields and alternate targets for the tomatoes that will come their way.

It's not just that the Witches of Ellsworth are pictured, so are all the rest.  Of course, that's pretty much everyone involved with this failing, miserable collection of debris.

When you peruse that page and view those faces, you might notice something: every one of them are of late middle-age and older.

Now, does the staff member's age denote the maturity and wisdom that comes from (I'll just call it) experience?

Maybe these staff members are indeed the cream of the perverted Academy's crop?

I say they are the staff members who are too damn crazy, tired or afraid to leave.  Maybe all three.

Take a look for yourself.  Closely scrutinize their faces and especially their eyes.  One is photographed in profile for reasons that will become obvious.  Others have that wild look in their eyes.  Some seem to be making an effort different from that of a natural smile (which, it just struck me, would need no effort).

It's contrived.  It's forced.  It's the representation of those who are compelled to serve with a happy heart and a sense of purpose that serves no one but the two Witches at the top.

What is sad and infuriating at the same time is that the remaining flat-liners aren't infused with a sense of public service (and those of you who know these people have seen that first-hand), nor are they sufficiently introspective to sit down and think about what in the hell they are really doing and what the FUCK they are actually getting out of all of this unadulterated bullshit.

As the indoctrination at the Academy for Psychic Studies is that the followers are receiving benefit, healing and self-awareness every time they perform a psychotic reading, teach a class on spiritual psychotic technique, do any kind of unpaid work for the Witches (actually ALL work for the Witches is unpaid) or give the Witches a substantial cut of their meager earnings, I suppose those delusional followers really do believe they are doing well for themselves and good for the world.

They would have to.  If they ever learned the truth, they would drop as dead as SRF's psychotic founder.

Revelation of the truth is pretty much what killed Bill Duby.  So, I guess it would do likewise to his followers.

No matter what the remaining followers believe and no matter that they conduct themselves with the kind of psychotic zeal that would bring them favor with, I guess no one (because only cash on the barrel impresses the Witches and no one else gives a fuck) they would have to admit the applicable psychotic homily in their situation would be "like attracts like".

So if the Academy for Psychic Studies needs to attract the young and energetic followers that propelled this demented and worthless organization into a brief but glittering heyday - well, why screw around:  these old bastards with their stuck-in-the-70's states of mind, their long-ago-and-far-away tales reminiscent of the bullshit your dad and uncles spewed after a night of boozing (like my dad's tales of a 10 mile hike to and from school, uphill both ways, in the snow, in July, in California farm country) are quite likely to have the same effect on the young people this idiot cult needs to thrive as it had on you as a 12 year old rolling his eyes, sighing deeply and hoping the old fuckers will finish their story before you have to tell them you have to go dump a load of diarrhea before you explode all over them.

I would expect, judging from the Academy's own "like attracts like" philosophy, these old tellers of tall tales would attract those of their own ilk.  The old and weary.  The frail.  Those on the verge of dementia.

Have any of the remaining staff members retained an inkling of relevance to the young and vital new members they desperately need?  Yeah, I didn't think so.

That does bring up a question, though: if the remaining Academy staff members are hopelessly irrelevant to any generation besides their own, would that mean the Golden Child would be pressed into service so she may face the world as the psychotic heir of the dysfunctional cesspool her father created?

What, are you kidding?

If there is one value the Witches of Ellsworth Street is passing along to their next generation, it's work.  The followers work.  The Witches crack the whip.

Receiving the kind of the kind of indoctrination, psychotic patter and schizophrenic delusions that have come so easily to the Witches and their Warlock would take special effort to infuse into the Golden Child.  As the Witches are immune from the infection called "work" and exhibiting effort is anathema to their tender sensibilities, there's not a chance they would make the effort and rigorous daily beatings we endured to indoctrinate their Golden Child.  They wouldn't trust a lieutenant to do it either.

Regardless of indoctrination, that the Golden Child was raised behind the iron gate and only released under the close personal supervision of the Witches, the child's social skills and non-existent and interactions with the real world would make her presence in the public eye more of a liability than an advantage.

So, the one weapon the Witches might have had available is useless to attract the victims the Witches need and the people the Witches have remaining are useless as well.

What is driving these unfortunate staff members (well, most of them are unfortunate) to continue to provide slave labor as they march down the road of irrelevance?

It's an infection.  The infection of delusion - the delusion there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, the delusion they are more knowledgeable and holy than others and that  someone, somewhere believes these followers of the Spiritual Rights Foundation are more than human.

They would have to believe.  After one of Angela Silva's tirades about nothing more than she hasn't screamed at someone since yesterday and Robin Dumolin grabbing them from behind and reaching around to grab the change in their pocket, they would have to hang on to hope to survive.

Driving the Bus

Got the below picture the other day from an anonymous reader.  I think it speaks for itself...

Of course, the board of directors at the Academy for Psychic studies are the same who sit on the Kangaroo Kourt of the Academy.  They pass the proper judgment on each case before them - like assuming the unfortunate is guilty of all crimes against the Academy.

The unfortunate at this time happens to be the Academy's own Bishop.  All that person did was to show decades of loyalty and revenue-generation.

Sure that Bishop engaged in some activities we'd rather not have seen.  That's the price of loyalty.

But now as the fortunes of the Academy for Psychic Studies swirl down the drain, who was the one who was looked to for a revival?   Well, who else?  What happened as that revival turned into a wake?  Someone had to be blamed of course.

The artist says Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin blamed the Bishop.  I happen to agree.

So for now, the Academy for Psychic Studies will drive their bus on their own after they run over their colleague a few times to make sure that person will be shown as the evil cause of their self-destruction.  I imagine Robin Dumolin will have her evil man-servant empty the on-board latrine on the Bishop as well.

It's a common thing in cults: all their own problems, all of their own mistakes, all of the turmoil and controversy the cult creates are the fault of one or more individuals working against them or not hard enough to keep them in luxury cars, fashionable clothes and monthly month-long vacations.

We formally-faithful saw how Robin Dumolin and Angela Silva delighted in having more cash, toys and playtime than your average, everyday person.  We also saw how they seemed to have whatever they wanted while seeming to do not a damn thing.  We also saw their temper tantrums, scowls and overall foul moods when their material desires exceeded the abilities of their followers to starve for another month to hand over their grocery money.

And there was the constant pressure from the Witches not only to pay, but to bring in even more victims so they can play their perverted psychic pyramid scheme - where the entire downline paid money only to them.

There was a time where the founder, the famous psychotic Rev. William "Bill" Duby asked me to figure out a marketing system for his "Health and Wealth" personal development products.  So using my expertise and the expertise of others knowledgeable in marketing and sales, we developed a system for marketing those products using a more honest and fair multi-level marketing system.

After creating a PowerPoint and making the presentation, it was rejected.  I guess the honest and fair part was the deal-breaker as it required the Witches to pay the sales reps a fair and reasonable five bucks per item sold.  You see, Robin Dumolin flunked sharing in kindergarten.  She did excel in back-handed nastiness in high school, though.   Robin would rather continue to sell a small amount of products for the full cut rather than share the cut for an enormous increase in sales.  No one but Robin deserved anything from a sale of a Health and Wealth product - even if that person sold that product without Robin's involvement.

But still, all the above are signs that the Academy for Psychic Studies and the blessed and divine leaders Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin are on such a high spiritual plain we of lower vibration and inferior psychic ability not only misunderstand the warm and nourishing activities of these godly and superhuman entities we are the cause of the Academy's misfortune.  At least, so say the warped and depraved, uh, sole supporter of this psychotic duo.  Well I guess, the Witches would say it too.

So if you even see any love-bombing, it won't last long.  You'll soon find gnarled hands in your pocket rummaging around for your lunch money and reaching for your children.  You'll soon hear a muffled chant of "double, double, toil and trouble" while you go past an Academy leader's lair.  I guess they really ARE psychic and the really CAN change the fortunes of themselves and their ex-followers.  Fortunes that transcend money: happiness, satisfaction, spiritual fulfillment.

Judging from the looks on the follower's faces and the scowls on the Witches faces as they demand more and more money, I'd say happiness is a distant memory to them.  Satisfaction, too.  I guess fulfillment ran for the exit as well.

So if their lives have been oh-so-prosperous and genuinely full of spiritual freedom and happiness, they did indeed make a psychically-inspired change.

I'd suggest you not make a similar change.

If you want to make a change and join the Academy for Psychic Studies, you won't see me blocking the door.  In fact, if you want to go check them out for yourself - go right ahead.

Just be sure you hear both sides of the story and make up your own mind about the Academy,
before you find yourself under the bus as well.

Welcome to the Academy for Psychic Studies! - Now Fuck Off!

Here's what you'll see at the Academy for Psychic Studies' San Jose
location two days, four days, five,
crap, you'll be greeted this way every damn day -
especially if you won't hand over your wallet.

If anyone were to be unfortunate enough to accidentally stumble into the Academy for Psychic Studies in San Jose, they'll likely be greeted by an individual who's social skills aren't very good.  In fact, you'll wonder if this guy was raised by wolves.

Now, I feel pretty OK that this guy had a good upbringing and was socially acceptable and aware of good manners in a previous life.  However, once this person got involved in the perverse, demented and socially inept ecosystem of the Academy for Psychic Studies, all of that went away.  Far, far away.

Now that I think about it, that lack of social graces and general manners isn't limited to just one individual.  It's pretty much endemic to the whole fucking place.

When the leaders scream at their followers at staff meetings and loot anyone who hasn't made their monthly mandatory voluntary donations and when any shortcomings displayed by the leaders (which is one hell of a lot) are blamed on the inability of the followers to complete impossible tasks, or their failure to accomplish an objective that is continually changed and forever moved just out of reach, I guess the followers are just doing to each other as the leaders have been doing to them.

We know how the leaders pummel their followers and loyal "staff" over the head with demands to make a million dollars a year for the leaders.  We know how the arrogance and pure disdain the leaders have for anyone but themselves and their golden child is so visible that the remaining faithful few show an outward appearance of submission while keeping an ember of individuality smoldering.  Even the public is finding out the Witches of Ellsworth consider people as nothing more than stacks of money to be consumed until every last penny has been thrown into the cauldron.  No surprise the public is steering clear of this useless and dysfunctional organization.

So, wouldn't a few days in charm school help the remaining faithful to turn that frown upside-down and make lemonade out of the lemons the Witches shoved up their uh, pockets?

Suuuuurrrrrre....

If you had to meet a crushing and never-ending demand to raise the Witches' flagging fortunes and if you had to face them to report you were unable to complete an impossible task and achieve an unattainable objective, how do you think they'd respond?  And how would you look after a few weeks of that?  Worse, what kind of countenance would you present to the public after all that punishment?

I'll bet you'd have that smile turned upside-down in no time.

I believe someone who has suffered at the hands of the Witches of Ellsworth Street is reflecting on that experience right now.  This person is not the only one who suffered, nor is this person the only one who is reflecting on that experience. I do also believe if it is true that person is indeed in deep reflection over their involvement in the Witches' reign of terror, they'd be looking at this blog at the present moment - whether at home or away.

We have all been reflecting on the Witches' plight, reflecting much on what we did to perpetuate that demented despotic regime and our role in covering up the insane and psychotic activities that underlie all the crazy and stupid decisions made in the name of spiritual enlightenment.

I mean, why did anyone look the other way when they knew Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin were clearly putting their most loyal and productive followers and supporters into indentured servitude, demanding large percentages of the follower's incomes for no other reason but they wanted it?

Why did people believe the tall tales spun by the Witches when each of their legal defeats were re-positioned as spiritual victories?  The Witches fought incompetently to deny good and decent parents the right to raise their own children in a upright and moral manner (with an education appropriate to the child's talents and interest) and instead maintain the child under the special tutelage and spiritual guidance of the Witches' perverted brand of child development.

Why is it, the Witches pronounce with the authority of a Supreme Court Justice, those who have left the Spiritual Rights Foundation/Academy for Psychic Studies are in a state of spiritual hell, when the divinely-departed have found perfect freedom?

And for those of you who argue the spiritual forces of the psychic universe are indeed acting to confront the dark forces who would dare to expose the divine practices of the Witches (like this blog, for example), start thinking of this:

  • The Academy for Psychic Studies has been experiencing a net LOSS of followers since the late 90's
  • The Academy has LOST their legal complaint against this blog (so badly, they were forced to offer me a full release of anything I may or may not have done to them at any time and the court ordered they pay my legal expenses - that is as bad a defeat as you can get without going to prison).
  • The Academy has LOST their bid to influence the divorce and child custody cases of several men and women ex-members.
  • Once this blog became established, the net LOSS of Academy followers per year went up drastically.
  • The number of new victims for the Clairvoyant Training Program dwindled so low, that when the only two students of that psychotic program quit, the CTP was LOST for good.
  • The Academy for Psychic Studies LOST their most loyal follower and their "church" bishop thanks to the Witches' demands for more and more and more money.
Gee, I sense a pattern here.

No wonder the remaining few at the psychotic Academy are foul and unfriendly.  For them, there's nothing to be gained by being nice.

There is a silver lining, though:  they won't be doing any more love-bombing.

And the beating goes on...

Recipe for a pusillanimous sycophant:
add 200 pounds of fat
scoop out brain and fill with garbage
beat until fully softened

I had a chance to watch "Join Us" - a film about a wacky cult led by a screwball pastor who started screwing his followers out of every dime they had.  After seeing that description, I figured it was all about SRF and the Witches of Ellsworth Street while Bill Duby was alive enough to cause trouble.

Turns out it was about a church named Mountain Rock Church located in a place I can't remember.

That church, where it is, what it does and who's in it doesn't matter, actually.  What I saw in it did.

Those of you who were around the spiritual cesspool we called the Academy for Psychic Studies at about the mid to late '90's might recall a certain jiggling turd who married (presumably at the advice of the psychotic founder - which was all the rage at the time), fathered a child (which was also presumably at he psychotic's urging) then divorced his wife which was pretty much also at the psychotic's urging.

In between the marriage and divorce, this heap of unbearable and indescribable detritus had to face charges of domestic violence as well as whatever other idiocy this worthless piece of human debris got himself into.

As for the domestic violence charges, I have no idea what the hell happened there.  I just know he wrote about the incident in the SRF newspaper and it was spoken of among the followers - generally because the Academy psychotic kept bringing it up and commenting on how it was the wife's fantasy she was beaten and that certain spirits in the wife's "space" conspired to keep the turd from his true spiritual calling: licking Angela Silva's boots and accommodating Robin Dumolin's special strap-on boy-toy.

As far as some other violence is concerned, I saw a good deal of it.

This violence was of the most horrible, mean and utterly cruel kind.  This violence was directed at one unable to defend.  It was violence engaged in for no real purpose other than control and domination.  It was the raw, unrestrained and unnecessary beating of a toddler.

In the film "Join Us", several parents described how the pastor used pipes, belts and any available hard object to beat children from infancy to teen age.  They also described how several adults joined in the fun and forced children to engage in long runs (until they fainted), extended torture sessions and severe beatings so extreme, I just don't have the stomach to repeat.

The aftermath of these beatings was far more than physical.  With few exceptions, the young children who were severely abused began to act out the aggression they experienced on each other.  Far from the usual kiddie slaps you see among little kids, these children were not only beating each other with closed fists and objects, they were using insults, taunts and the kind of language that you'd hear from ME towards each other and to adults.

So what the fuck do those kids have to do with the angelic, spiritually pure and otherwise perfectly raised children from the Spiritual Rights Foundation?

I recall one little guy I saw there early on.  He had the cutest damn expression on his face all the time and after a while he ran towards me with his arms wide apart all the while calling my name.  Now, if you can picture that, how can you not smile?

Well, I guess his corpulent father didn't.

That father was the same turd who faced domestic violence charges and gladly carried out all the perverse, demented and utterly psychotic demands to execute punishment on Bill Duby's hapless and wretched followers with all the gusto of a Nazi Death Camp Commander.

That beautiful and truly angelic little guy began to turn.  He turned in a truly scary and saddening way, threatening to beat other kids, taking objects and clobbering people with them, having uncontrollable, inconsolable outbursts that featured threats to cut, maim, bruise, burn, shoot, poison and otherwise abuse whoever happened to be nearby.

Of course, this boy's travails were blamed on the mother's "spirits" and other parts of her body.  The psychotic prescribed several spiritual remedies and psychotic treatments - none of which did a damn thing.  The threats, taunts, obsession with violence went on, and on and on.

I wondered from the time I first saw that amazing little face to today what the hell caused such a radical and horrifying change.

I still can't say for sure but I have a theory.

Since I mentioned the jiggling blob of wasted flesh and human potential, you probably know where this is going.

The turd's habit of ignoring his own son while engaged fulfilling the warlock's evil and un-achievable demands was legend.  We came to expect it.  So of course, we did our best to keep our eyes out for his child, while his own eyes were locked on a prize we all knew he would never receive.

We saw how this useless and valueless pile of sewage sprang into action only when the leaders said something to him to force him to act.

So, that external force, that need to please his perverted and psychopathic idols was the only thing he needed to beat the living shit out of his own flesh and blood.

I saw it.

I saw how the turd grabbed his toddler by the arm and heaved him into a chair so hard the child got the wind knocked out of him.  I saw the fat bastard pick up his toddler and fling the little guy clear across a room.  A slap to make an incomprehensible demand or to reinforce a psychotic delusion in a toddler's mind was routine.

Not to be outdone, one of the male members of the cult described to me in loving detail how he took that same little toddler out back for a demonstration of what a strong male can do in the little guy's life.  Using pantomime and trailer trash vocabulary, this unrestrained psychotic showed how he delivered a loving spiritual healing to the boy's bare butt, back, legs, arms and face.

The women were all too eager to get in on the action but somehow, the prospect of using a fireplace shovel on a toddler didn't appeal to them.  So they just grabbed the boy by the shirt, pants, shoelaces or whatever else they can pull so tight it would leave a deep mark and toss him in a metal chair as hard as they could, then keep him there for as long as possible or for at least the four hours it took to pull the turd from the throne he installed in front of his computer.  If a metal chair wasn't around, they would just mock him, curse at him and taunt him.

Now what came first?  The abuse?  Inappropriate and unacceptable behavior by the child?

Well, if you think a child is inherently infected with evil spirits that are hell-bent on disrupting Bill Duby's spiritual concentration camp, Angela Silva's psychic work house and Robin Dumolin's evil cash flow, then I guess either you still have that wacky and stupid trailer trash thinking of the Academy for Psychic Studies or you are still a part of it.

If you think like the civilized people of the civilized world, you'll know infants and toddlers are the most innocent among us and are the most able to assimilate the speech and expressions and imitate the behaviors of the adults around them.  You'll also have a deep belief and knowledge that if a kid does something un-kid-like, he's doing what he saw among the adults around him.

If you have left the ugly state of mind the Academy for Psychic Studies demanded you adopt and you are not that corpulent turd or either of the dominatrix's he reports to, you have to be one of the good and decent people in mainstream society who has maintained his decency and retained his humanity.

And you have to believe, that child's bad behavior was nothing more than than the deep-seated meanness of the turd and the Witches relentless quest for absolute control at any cost brought up to the surface in the most cruel, humiliating and damaging way possible.

So while this psychotic kindergarten was a living hell for we adults, any child who was on the outs with the Witches and the Psychotic were subjected to treatment that was no less brutal.

What happened after all this is all too predictable and I won't talk about it.  It was all avoidable.  There was no reason for the physical torture of a toddler and no reason for the cretinous and otherwise stupid adult followers of the founding psychotic to join in to continue the torture.  Well in a cult, all things are possible and all things desired by the leaders was possible.  Even if that thing was to keep a toddler quiet by beating him senseless.

False Evidence Appearing Real

I had a pretty brisk discussion with a few people about what the purpose of the blog is intended to be. Am I speaking for those who have left, those who remain, those who may choose to join?

I have said in a earlier post that my wife and I host gatherings of those who are no longer with SRF. We love to do this and will continue for as long as the need exists. I think it will be a long time. I've also said that we are not exit counselors, de-programmers or guerrilla-style saviors of the world. We are just hosts.

I've also said that I conceived this blog as a kind of graffiti. Just a way to spray paint random thoughts on the internet wall that no one pays attention to. Well except for rival gangs, I guess.

And pay attention they are. My web stats show a lot of hits based on searches on my name and the word "blog". Those who come to this blog by searching on my real name have to be someone who knows me and have an interest in the Spiritual Rights Foundation. We did send the links to people we know, who sent them on to others and so on. Those hits were easy to identify. But I'm sure there is a certain group looking for scandalous information about themselves.

I'm not doing this because I think the Spritual Rights Foundation will suffer because of it. They seem to be doing a fine job of melting down without my help. But with the traffic being so high, I have to wonder what my purpose will become.

I'm not straying from my principle that I don't pull people away from the Spiritual Rights Foundation. But we will still host those get-togethers. I just ask anyone who may be considering a departure to make that decision on their own. If this blog adds to you knowledge base, then that is fine. You need to consider information from any available source. You can consider all of this pure fiction and unrelated to anything. That's your right as well. If after you consider all the data you get more by staying than leaving, then please stay there.

I don't advocate that you look to me or any ex-member for your salvation. Whether you believe it or not, the guy who took the job so long ago is your best bet for that. If you want to talk about your past experience over some good eats and coffee, I'm all ears. Just be sure that your affiliation with SRF is in your past - distant or recent.

In short, make up your mind first. I'm not your rescue worker or your savior.

That said, I renew my pledge to you that our hands are open should you choose to exit. And the pledge of forgiveness is always there.

It is scary to leave. It is scary to think you are on your own, without the support of a group. That is part of the purpose of our gatherings. We support each other in the warm, personal sense that only those who share a common experience can do. We speak in the intimate manner that comes from those who have truely found a common bond. That bond is somewhat painful and frightening to confront, but a bond it is.

You are not to blame for anything that you many have done to anyone nor are your fellows to blame for what they have done to others. The collective consciousness drove you to do things that you may be regretting now. We all have regrets. And we all are devoted to healing the pain by talking the pain out. We have had enough of burying our shame and repressing those thoughts and emotions that were anathema in our dysfunctional past.

Take your time. Most of us were gone for a while before we could say anything about our experiences. We'll be around.

Many of the posts on this blog are scary, candid, direct. I have heard them called them "sarcastic". That's fine. Many find what was here informative and somewhat funny. But those experiences are scary when I look back on them. And my observations and commentary are direct and unequivocal. While I believe that the basic principles of meditation and other practices are valid (when properly used), I believe that the conduct of that organization has been and continues to be counter-productive to personal growth and personal freedom. There are those at SRF who feel they have nowhere else to go. I call that a sense of spiritual imprisonment.

Those of us heard frequently that there is no guru at SRF, that there is freedom and you cannot become dependant on SRF and what it offers. If that is the case, why is it that so many of us yearned for freedom that seemed to elude us? How did that lead us to withdraw into the imposing walls of a cult, being not of the world?

What did we have to fear?

Why is it that we feared a world that presented no fear?

Those who are out have grown in ways unimaginable while they were at SRF. My own wife is thriving at college. Others are experiencing more loving and satisfying relationships with loved ones, friends, family. And without the burden of up to 80% of their money going down the drain, financialy as well.

We were told that fear is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. So tell me, if the world is so fearsome, what about that fear is false? Am I against you as a fellow resident of planet Earth? Are those who left before you the personification of evil? Or are we all truly kindered in spirit?

So what the hell does all that have to do with the purpose of this blog?

It's me facing the fear. It's me releasing the nightmare of the last decade.

I hope you can find that place where you can as well.

And when you do, come over. The coffee is always fresh and we keep some good eats around all the time. Stay a while. You'll have a lot to talk about.

Academy for Psychic Studies - rooking the staff and cooking the books

When I was told the SRF books are so well cooked
they are smoking hot, this is what occurred to me.

I got a vid about a nutty cult leader trying to pass himself
off as a really good guy who is as wise as a serpent
and gentle as a lamb.  I guess he is until that red-headed
woman showed up.

I got a comment from an anonymous person a while back.  It's pretty much something we all suspected was happening for a long time now:
...here is the truth about what Sherry was doing in her locked bookkeeping office. She was instructed to keep two sets of books for the church. One was the official set of books for the IRS and the other was what was actually going on, mainly all of the personal expenses of the leaders that were being paid for by the non-profit. How is that for the integrity of the spiritual leaders?
That the Witches of Ellsworth Street are suspected of shady bookkeeping practices and cheating the government (and us) by evading payment of their fare share of taxes isn't a shocker, of course.  What's shocking is that someone, somewhere has the courage to speak out.

In the face of the punishing scowl of the Witches of Ellsworth Street and the equally ugly scowls of their deluded and equally conniving minions and man-servants, having the strength of character to make a statement of that kind is not only a pleasant surprise but encouraging.

Why?

Well, it's like this:  that someone could find the will to make this kind of statement without fear of reprisal displays the freedom this person enjoys outside the iron gate of the Academy for Psychic Studies.  We all should embrace that attitude of freedom and self-confidence that allows us to speak out in the ways and on the topics that would bring closure and satisfaction in our lives.

What about all that money thrown into the Witches' cauldron over the years?  Where is the cauldron hidden and how did it get filled?

Well, we know how it got filled - it came from our wallets.  Not exactly by free will, by the way.  The Witches of Ellsworth asked and they received.  Well, they didn't really ask as much as they used our children to deliver direct threats and got up in our faces with a group of our peers delivering insults, lies and all manner of intimidation to pry our money out of our pockets with their gnarled fingers.  So, I guess they didn't really receive as much as they were just plain picking our pockets.

Maybe they have Swiss bank accounts and own shares in Cayman Island financial institutions.  Who knows?  I expect that money went somewhere offshore.

Maybe an on-shore government agency might be interested in all this...

Bent Over and Punked

Well, the Witches of Ellsworth Street have been thrown over a barrel and given the punking they deserve.

As disgusting as that image may be, it's not a bad thing.

Take a look at this recent printout of the Contra Costa County building inspection records - records that are PUBLIC, which you and anyone else can look them up and read them you fucking SRF troll.

The confusing structure had to be gutted of all illegal items.  As I read the law, that means all wall board and studs must be removed, the floor coverings must be pulled up, the lighting (such as it is) will have to be removed, the ceilings will be torn down, the baths completely removed and the walls creating the San Quentin dorms will have to be cut down.

That leaves only the outer walls as an allowable item.

What's worse is that the plumbing will have to be sealed and the electrical service reduced to a few outlets guarded by GFCI protection circuits.

Angela Silva's pride and joy, the idiotic ground floor will have to be completely torn down.  Even the walls and ceiling will have to go.  Because the finished oak staircase is not constructed from flood-resistant materials nor is it build to withstand a 100-year flood (which is the standard) it will have to go as well.

Many of the older male members of SRF (which I guess WAS all of them) recall a time where they dropped a couple of Benjis in the Witches cauldron to spend a weekend in the Lake Tahoe retreat center for a relaxing weekend of removing the floor coverings and doing a hell of a lot of other work.  As the Witches were too cheap to obtain a dumpster for the removed parquet wood floor coverings, they resorted to igniting a pile of flooring in the fireplace, feeding a few pieces of parquet at a time as the fire blazed until the entire heap of old flooring was burned to ashes.

There's similar parquet flooring in the now former Blue Sky Ranch but I think it will not face a cremation ceremony officiated by the now former ministers of the SRF cult.  However, I think most of them will be happy to light a match to that fucking oak staircase as it is emblematic of the bizarre thinking, wasteful ways and excessive entitlement displayed by the Witches - Angela Silva in particular.

In fact, I'll bet they'll add Angela and Robin's effigies to the pyre.
