The Blue Sky Ranch - Da Witches r Pwned!

Click it for ticket!

So as you know, the Spiritual Rights Foundation has pulled the decrepit Blue Sky Ranch from the market some time in March or April.  Now we know why.

The Building Inspection Division of Contra Costa County has issued a notice of non-permitted work for the Blue Sky Ranch, listing several items that must be brought into compliance.  This notice is dated March 15, 2012 so I would guess the place was pulled a couple of weeks after that.

As the Blue Sky Ranch is in a Special Flood Hazard Zone, the kinds of things you have to do when building a structure is much different that it would be anywhere else.  It's also more expensive and really doesn't add much market value to the home.  Things like keeping living areas out of the flood plain, allowing for flood waters to flow through a structure and properly securing those structures to the ground is just the beginning.  Obviously, the Witches of Ellsworth Street didn't pay attention to any of that.

The list of items that need to be addressed is pretty long.  It looks like this:

In a nutshell, the Witches have to undo, remove, repair, and rebuild all the things they did in the ten years of construction they got their slave labor to build.

This event essentially restores the Blue Sky Ranch to a legal and safe condition. As the neighbors were always leery of the events happening there and were themselves concerned about possible problems that would occur if there were a flood, I guess they'll be pretty happy to see all of it going away.

It also wipes away the impact the Witches had on their followers, removing the stain of their participation in this un-permitted and illegal action.  I put in the floor coverings there, laying wood parquet on the second floor dormitory and tile on the ground floor.  That will all have to come out.  While no one like to see their hard work just wiped away, I feel a lot better that my actions will not contribute to the misfortune of another whether it's an unknowing buyer (who would be stuck with making expensive repairs) or maybe someone who came for a relaxing weekend and was injured or worse.

As for the Witches, the construction conducted at the Blue Sky Ranch was known to them to be illegal.  In fact, Angela made it a point to tell her slave labor to ensure curtains were drawn, materials were delivered in a discreet manner and all interior work done with doors closed so no one would see what was going on there.

There was discussion after discussion of the plans for the Blue Sky Ranch, that in order to turn it into "The People's Farm" where we could pay top dollar to spend a weekend in the heat, mosquitoes, animal dung and unsafe dormitories secrecy must be maintained.  It was clear from the start the work would be not permitted by Contra Costa County and we needed to protect the Blue Sky Ranch from the prying eyes of the building inspectors if we wanted to have "our place".

Every day I was there digging, sawing, hammering and doing all kinds of construction labor the need for discretion was always reinforced.  Even in the heat, the curtains were drawn, windows closed, doors locked and entry was made through a door hidden from the street so no one would hear or see the work being done.

So paranoid were the Witches, even the windows in the dormitory were the small slit-like windows you'd find in San Quentin - although without the bars so no one could see into the dormitory.  Actually, the bars were unnecessary as the windows were so goddamn small, no one could get out through them in the event of an emergency.

Despite the fear of having to be in compliance with the building code, construction proceeded at full pace with dozens of outbuildings erected, plumbing installed, electrical wiring laid out, water and sewage systems put in.  How a pool got put in there is beyond me.  The Witches of Ellsworth Street, Angela Silva in particular, directed the construction and approved all the work.  Angela, at least, seemed to take pride in the work.  She was especially proud of a staircase built with oak balusters, handrails and treads.  Too bad for her, that's probably going to have to be removed.

For the last ten years of construction, we all knew the work there was illegal.  We did it anyway.  We didn't have much choice.  Men in particular were told to "work at the farm" to cleanse themselves of the effects of female energy, control energy, "diddling" energy, or to restore their value to the Witches and their closest followers.  No matter the transgression, the sentence was the same - work at the farm.

Men whose wives were unsatisfied advised to work at the Blue Sky Ranch for redemption.  Women who were seen as unsatisfactory by the Witches were sent to work at the Blue Sky Ranch.  It's not just North Korea that engages in "reform through labor", the Academy for Psychic Studies had its own penal colony smack in the heart of the Sacramento River Delta.

I know of at least two men who were spending most of their time slaving away at the Blue Sky Ranch on construction projects so they could redeem themselves in the eyes of their spouse or all the women at the Academy for Psychic Studies.  This redemption went on for years and years, with no end in sight and no sense their work did anything more than enrich The Witches.

So while all the work was actually conducted by the followers of this psychic cesspool, it wasn't the followers who were responsible for creating this mess.

You can see who is.

That the Blue Sky Ranch will essentially be torn down with little or nothing left of it may be satisfying to some.  To others, they'll be celebrating the Witches being held to task for their folly, their disregard for safe building practices and the law.  To me, this situation brings to a close a frustrating and demoralizing chapter of the Academy for Psychic Studies book.  That we were exploited into working on a property that had little value to us (but quite a bit to the Witches as they owned it) and that the possibility of causing a huge unfavorable impact on the community is too much to bear.

Now that the Academy for Psychic Studies and the Witches of Ellsworth Street have to correct this situation, that burden is relieved and we can all feel better this legacy of corruption, exploitation and overall bad intent will no longer exist.

So many horrifying things unrelated to the illegal construction happened at the Blue Sky Ranch, its too much to talk about.  A few of those things are documented in Steve Sanchez's book "Spiritual Perversion".  Many of us recall how women were screamed at for just trying to do something useful, men were worked hard without compensation, meals or acknowledgement and through it all, the leaders sat by in their air conditioned quarters or luxury RV doing nothing but complain about our poor attitudes and laziness.

Those memories won't go away.

The Blue Sky Ranch will.

Retreat from this retreat

What the hell?

I can't believe it.  Somehow, Trulia has listed the infamous SRF Lake Tahoe as a property that (at least was) on the market.

Unlike some other sites, Trulia only displays real estate that has been listed by a realtor.  I mean, my house isn't listed on Trulia.  It ain't for sale, neither.  At first, I thought the listing was just another of those things real estate sites do: they show a property they think might bring in a big commish and hope someone will let them sell it.

They'll do almost anything to get you to sell you house.  I once got a letter from a real estate agent who said his clients were good people and wanted to start a family, loved our neighborhood so we should sell our house to them because they can use it more than we can.

Uhhhh, keep looking buster.

Most of these sites, like Zillow, just have a Google street pic of a house, tell you what they think it is worth and let you take it from there.  If you can talk the owner into selling, go ahead.

I thought this listing was one of those, just giving you a teaser so you'd track down the owners and get them to sell it to you.  However, this post on Trulia has something different about it.  There are interior shots of the house Larry Adams handed over to the cult.  We've all been there so these interior shots should be familiar to us all:

Those interior shots are just not there when a site like Zillow or Trulia post information on your home.  Either the owners post it themselves or a real estate agent does.  Considering the insane level of secrecy the Witches like to maintain, it makes sense the pictures were taken by an agent.

Add to that, Trulia says this place has been listed for 180+ days.  So, I think it was on the market for a while, then pulled off.  It looks like SRF still owns it.  If this place was on the market, obviously it never sold.  At least, it didn't sell fast enough for the Witches.

I am amazed the place looks clean and somewhat appealing.  The greasy cabinets and dusty floors of the house was its most distinctive features to me.  Eating greasy food like the infamous "cheese bread" and slop like the melted ice cream, prison-style chicken casserole and bottled pond water were only a few of the gourmet delights served by the Witches to feed their inmates.  These pictures seems to show a much warmer and nourishing side to this remote internment camp.

There's even a shot of the not-so-beloved bunk room of the Lake Tahoe retreat house.  It should bring back memories.

 For me, it's this:

I can see why the Witches of Ellsworth Street wanted to unload the retreat at Lake Tahoe.  It's a decent home and has value.  It's also owned by the Spiritual Rights Foundation, not the Witches, so the revenue from the sale can be easily hidden.  Unloading this thing is probably the smart thing to do, from the perspective of turning a fixed asset into spending money.

This property listing and all the photos came from a Lake Tahoe local realtor.  That realtor was likely overjoyed at having a listing for a place like this.  It's a good property at a reasonable price for someone who wants to live near Lake Tahoe, which is basically a block down the street.  That agent might be wondering why this place was pulled off the market.

I am as well.

We all know that the Witches are in the middle of the most precipitous meltdown they can experience.  We are all pretty sure they need to raise cash and reduce their real estate holdings as maintaining those properties takes work and work is something the Witches just aren't going to do.

So, I wonder what event caused this property to go off market?  Did someone suddenly give them a load of cash?  Was there another sale that raised so much cash the Witches were flush in green?  Maybe they are having a revival?  Are people still giving them money only because the Witches told them to do it?

I don't know.

Honestly, I'd rather they be stuck with not only this place but the notorious Blue Sky Ranch for a while.  No one is paying them a dime for a weekend of ass-tearing, sleeping in a room with no heat and food that slides around your plate in a sea of stuff you don't want to think about.  If no one is paying them, that's another thing they are paying for with no hope of making a gain.

It does look like one of their former members had a healing practice in the evil house on Ellsworth Street.   That person no longer lists that address as their location.  Actually their present site has no reference to the Academy for Psychic Studies on it at all.  It's not clear if that person left the house of horrors on their own and is in process of setting up elsewhere or if the Witches demanded they keep the address a secret.  What may be telling is that this person proudly listed that address before and even added a quote from Reverend William Duby himself on their previous site.  So, you might figure out which of those scenarios seems to be plausible.

Just around the time the Lake Tahoe house was heaved on the market, the former Bishop flew the coop and follower after follower have left.  Even before then, the ranks diminished from skinny to razor-thin.  As there is no one left to abuse (well, there's at least one of them, I guess) and no one appears to want to take their mind control classes, it looks like things got even darker for the Witches of Ellsworth Street.

So if the Witches are chasing out those who may support them and if they are holding on to whatever assets are costing them more than they are bringing in, what do you suppose is happening there - besides what we already know: the jig is up and the Witches are now paying the piper.

It's a bunch of crap. I mean... uh, carrots.

Here's how the Witches gave
spiritual nourishment to their followers.
Did I say gave spiritual nourishment to?
I meant to say screwed.  My bad...

Anonymous March 23, 2010 1:59 PM
This was a service to all of us ex cult members who are or have transitioned to a normal life. SRF does mean SELF RIGHTEOUS FEMALES.
It doesn't stand for Spiritual Rights Foundation, because the Bill Duby child molesters of the world make sure he tells you about your so called spiritual rights, then takes them away from you with constant negative bombardment.

Lets keep up the pressure and drive them to retire for good.
Angela and Robin have no peoples skills, and the Bishop is only there to attract what little they can attract with ISHI Hypnosis.
She will get screwed in the end, having the same carrot dangled in front of her as they dangled in front of the rest of us.

Well, looks like the Spiritual Rights Foundation really did train psychics.  Just over a year after this comment was posted, the Bishop of SRF bailed out after she realized the pilot and co-pilot were flying her straight into a cliff.

After we pulled the ripcord ourselves, the meltdown of the Spiritual Rights Foundation became all too predictable.  So were the reasons for the meltdown.  When an organization revolves around two women who want all you have for all the wrong reasons, the total collapse of this evil organization was just plain inevitable.

=================================

One of the many long-lasting fallout's of the failed attempt of the Spiritual Rights Foundation to sue this blog, myself and my spouse out of existence is one the Witches of Ellsworth Street and the Spiritual Rights Foundation hoped would never happen.

In response to their ill-considered action, we filed an anti-SLAPP motion with the court.  That response had two direct quotes from not only Rev. William Duby but their own attorney (the same one who filed the suit in the first place) that said something like: "Who gives a damn if you call the Spiritual Rights Foundation a cult?  Every damn group is a cult so, there's nothing bad about calling SRF a cult."

Of course, as the basis of the SRF lawsuit said they were mortally offended they were being called a cult, their lawsuit was brushed aside and they were made to pay the price for stupidity.

That's probably bad enough.  However, there's something even worse the idiotic Witches of Ellsworth Street never considered:  because I beat their attempt to not be called a cult, I made it legally supportable for anyone to call them a cult, at any time, forever.

The Spiritual Rights Foundation is, as far as I know, the only cult that not only can you get away with calling a cult, you have full legal support to call them a cult.

=================================

So it appears the Witches have succeeded in training a few people to use psychic abilities, the Witches' own psychic abilities are so feeble, they couldn't see they were racing at full speed into a brick wall and the rug of deceit and exploitation they stood on would be pulled out from under them by their own victims.

Their Number is Up

Dubya likes to tell the Witches he's got their number - ONE.

So, I guess there's no need to wonder what possessed the Witches to hold a weekend class on numerology (at $350 a head).

The class is no longer available for attendance.

It's yet another of the Witches' lazy and half-hearted schemes to bring in students who just aren't interested in their poison.

Lazy?

Well if you know those two, you'll pretty much agree they'll always ride on the backs of others while they reach around and rummage around for pocket change and lunch money.  This class seemed no different.

After all, they didn't teach the class themselves.  They had their corpulent sycophant set it up and do his usual incompetent job of promotion.  Then, as usual, they stood around demanding their fair cut of the proceeds.

If that cut is the same as they charged others, it's a fairly big cut.

I guess that huge cut and the fact there was a dearth of attendees caused the person teaching the numerology class to pull out and pack up.

Well, lucky thing there's no one left to face the Witches' wrath.  You never know what Kim Jong Silva will want to do next.  You know it will be something insane and stupid but it's never much of a surprise when you see it.
