Back in the USSR

My buddy said he'd like to see a photo on each of my posts. Not of me or anything else. Of hot chicks. So, Elena here kindly offered her contribution to this post. She figured it would be on message considering the title. Yep, I'd say she's right.

The Spiritual Rights Foundation web site had a link right there on the front page regarding their arch nemesis. The statement is posted here verbatim:

------------------------------------------------

'Regarding Steve Sanchez
Over the past few years Steve Sanchez has been successful in generating publicity for himself by portraying the Spiritual Rights Foundation in a negative light. SRF regrets that Mr. Sanchez may have had an unpleasant experience with SRF when Rev. Bill Duby was alive. SRF also regrets not recognizing earlier Mr. Sanchez's need for professional help with his psychological and emotional health issues.
Clearly, from his own writings, Mr. Sanchez became fixated on Rev. Bill in an unhealthy way. Mr. Sanchez believed that all of his personal problems were the result of Rev. Bill's influence. Since Rev. Bill's death in 2001, Mr. Sanchez has transferred his attention from Rev. Bill to SRF. Mr. Sanchez now attributes SRF with being the source of his failed relationships, estrangement from his daughter, strange sexual practices, and his emotional and psychological health problems.
Over the past few years, Mr. Sanchez has delighted in exacting revenge against SRF by making all manner of false allegations and complaints regarding SRF to various federal, state and local governmental agencies. (As a result, SRF has been throughly (sic) scrutinized and investigated by multiple governmental agencies, and no agency has ever found any basis for any allegation or complaint, and no agency has ever issued any penalties, fines or charges against SRF for any reason.)
Mr. Sanchez's obsession with Rev. Bill and SRF is indicative of mental health problems. SRF wishes only the best for Mr. Sanchez and sincerely wishes that he is able to receive help for his illness.'

---------------------------------------------

To be fair, that statement no longer appears on the SRF website. If you would like to see it in its original context, you'll have to view it on the Internet Archive and enter: celestia.com in the search box. When you get the list of archives, click on the June 29, 2005 archive.

update: you can Google "Steve Sanchez SRF" and glory be, you might find a page similar to the one I quote above.

Just check out these pages from the Internet Archive (which isn't a link to your spiritual mothers' web site you fucking SRF Troll):

Some of you may remember that time and you may have seen that statement about Steve Sanchez on the web site.  I remember what I did when I discovered it.

When the statement was placed on the web site, I expressed my concerns to the webmaster. I told her that a statement like that could be damaging as SRF has no standing to say that (saying clearly it sounded pretty damn close to defamatory as it is a direct attack on Steve and is done with no regard for the truth) and such a statement would be, at the least, poor public relations.

She replied, "Our attorney OK'd it. He's the one who thought Steve is sick"

Flashback to an old hospital movie (can't remember the name):A gorgeous hottie is sitting on an exam table. Standing next to her is a man in a suit.
Man: I checked every inch of your body and looked in every opening.
Hottie: So what's wrong with me?
Man: How should I know? I'm a lawyer.

In previous posts, I pointed out that SRF never recommends psychological or psychiatric treatment. They don't like it and they have made several statements that lead all of us involved that mental health treatment is to be avoided. SRF doctrine states that psychiatric drugs like Prozac "freeze" the mind and prevents spiritual growth. The doctrine also states that psychologists, counselors, therapists and life coaches just "get into your head" and must be avoided.

I also wrote about Santa Rage. An SRF member who was in a psychotic episode was tossed out the door and left pounding on the gate rather than referred to mental health treatment.

And earlier, I wrote about how the founder of the Spiritual Rights Foundation proudly proclaimed that he drew Social Security Disability benefits because of a psychiatric illness and that he "rescued" a co-founder from a "crazy house".

Likely based on their experiences, SRF hates the idea of scientifically proven treatment for mental health issues. So then, why in Steve Sanchez's case do they state that Steve had a mental illness and needs help?

Remember the Soviet Union - that place where many dissidents were jailed and the rest sent to "mental hospitals"? The USSR called those in disagreement with the government (such as Alexandr Solzhenitsyn) "crazy" and made sure they were force-fed powerful drugs to keep them quiet.

SRF likes to call their own dissidents "crazy", it seems. And in those cases, recommends mental health treatment. But if you claim you are Santa Claus, then you can stand on the sidewalk an pound on the gate.

How does a group of lay people suddenly realize that only one person of the thousands claimed to have spent time there needs mental health care? And why is it that the one person blows the whistle on a dysfunctional organization needs referral to mental health care but the one person who goes on a psychotic rampage doesn't?

I don't know. Was Steve in need of mental health care? Well, not based on any allegations he made concerning potentially illegal activities. As stated in their tome, Steve was able to make a case for investigation to the appropriate agencies and was apparently considered lucid and reliable. And as evidenced by the SRF statement, "various federal, state and local governmental agencies" HAD conducted investigations of the Spiritual Rights Foundation based on the information given by Steve. There is no agency anywhere who would risk embarrassment or worse, open themselves to a malicious or false procecution charge by relying on information from one who would appear mentally ill. That the investigations took place is all you need to know about the veracity of Steve's report and how reliable the agencies considered him.

As a result of the investigations initiated by Steve Sanchez, the Spritual Rights Foundation was forced to modify some of its activites to comply with law. As is ususal for those kinds of items, the agencies gave SRF a chance to clean themselves up before citations were written. The "multiple government agencies" were actually the code enforcement division of the City of Berkeley, the City of Berkeley housing agency and the Berkeley School Attendance Review Board. They were nothing as big and scary as the IRS or FBI.

At least, not yet.

Indignation about the practices of a particular person or group does not strike me as particularly unhealthy - especially coming from one who was a victim of that conduct. Certainly SRF appeared indignant about Steve speaking out. Would SRF's indignation and fixation on Steve Sanchez also be considered unhealthy?

Maybe the Spiritual Rights Foundation deemed him mentally ill because he wrote a tell-all book about his experience - a book that we ex-members will attest accurately reflects what happened there? Or maybe is was because he had the guts to speak out in public about his life in a cult.

Looks like the most vocal of the SRF escapees are considered the most in need of psychological help.  It's a pattern I have noticed with these New Age Nitwits: everyone on the world is in need of psychological treatment.  Everyone is in need of healing from a variety of illnesses, trauma, pain or other emotional condition.  They believe that the healthy range of human emotions (which includes love, pain, fear, anger, frustration, empathy and more) show be narrowed down to only those which are spiritually and psychically acceptable - a range that is as wide as paper is thin.

Look at some of the posts on Jeff, the Psychdoctorate's blog.  This one too.  The supporters of organizations like the Spiritual Rights Foundation gladly hand out condescending and back-handed statements of concern for your emotional well-being.

"Go on with your life!  You need to heal!  I am sorry you are in such emotional pain!" is their spiritually acceptable way of being mad at you.  This kind of transparent insult is acceptable because the real display of a real human emotion in one's communication would bean unacceptable display of emotion, as emotional "neutrality" is the rule of order with the New Age.

I haven't published a book, participated in news articles or spoke publicly about my own experience and I don't plan to. But this blog is certainly enough to raise a few hackles in the Spiritual Rights Foundation gulag, I think.

Well, comrade, I guess if SRF has it's way, my fellow dissident Steve and I will be headed straight to the psych ward. You'll recognize me. I'll be the one drooling on myself wearing an SRF t-shirt.

Hail Mary! ...and save our cult while you're at it.

Hail Mary or Lara or whatever your name is...

I was surfing around just for - well just because, all right?, when I ran into the Berkeley Psychic Institute's web site.

It's a basic site but the thing that caught my eye had nothing do to with the design.

BPI was making a membership drive.

Not for "new" members but for past graduates to renew their membership and their connection to the Berkeley Psychic Institute.

Digging deeper, I found that BPI was not only reaching out to re-capture graduates, they were reorganizing themselves around their own "Church of the Divine Man".  Fund-raising would be conducted through their "church" entity while the "commercial" ventures would be conducted through some other kind of organizational form.

Surely, if BPI were finding so many new recruits flooding their facilities and spending bags 'o cash, they would not find the need to re-enlist the thousands of people who have graduated from their programs, they would not have the need to have sold their beloved headquarters, close their print publishing company and pare back operations throughout BPI.

Going after past graduates of BPI is a Hail Mary play, an attempt to go after low-hanging fruit in order to revive now-flagging fortunes.  However, it's the correct move.

Don't get me wrong - this move has a low likelihood of success as all Hail Mary's do.  Think of this, though: if your church can't find brand-new members discovering you for the first time, you've got to go for the ones you know even if it's a longshot.  If you follow football, you'll know that when a team is losing a game in the final seconds, they'll heave a Hail Mary pass.  It's not likely to work but it's the right thing to do because it might work.

That is what makes BPI's move the correct one and the smart one.  Looking at the odds of success, bringing graduates back into the BPI fold is more likely than finding enough new members.  It's a longshot and re-invigorating old members is harder than indoctrinating new ones.  Still, it might work.

Down the street, there is another organization with similar origins.  In fact, the teachings are exactly the same.  The leaders of this other organization learned their trade at BPI and stole all the class scripts.

Hell, you already know it's the Academy for Psychic Studies.  What am I doing building tension?  It's fun, and I'm the blog author, OK?

Anyway, The Academy for Psychic Studies is experiencing the same kind of mid-life crisis as BPI.  As the world around them has evolved, they have remained an iconoclast, refusing (more likely unable) to adapt their brand of psychic awareness to today's sensibilities and without the kind of creativity and awareness to make their teachings relevant to the world today.  Think of how much your old man would make no sense and piss you off when you were a teen.  Then later, when you were in your twenties, he still made no damn sense but at least you could laugh about it.  Where your dad was when you were 24 is pretty much where the Academy for Psychic Studies is at with the public today.

The Academy for Psychic Studies would love to re-invent themselves just as much as BPI would love to succeed with their transformation.

So now, both BPI and the Academy are hoping for a miracle - the miracle of a conscious transformation, a rebirth without the pain of labor, a renewal without facing the Phoenix's fire.

I don't think either will get it - although BPI does have a slim chance to maintain some semblance of relevance, The Academy for Psychic Studies has no damn chance at all.

Why?

The Academy's graduates (and their non-graduates, too) are utterly, irreconcilably and completely pissed off at the abuse, exploitation and overall mean treatment delivered by the leaders.

Think about all those infuriated graduates of the Academy for Psychic Studies.  Think about how many potential new recruits have happened upon this blog while conducting due diligence.  Think about recent comments saying what they hear on this blog is vastly different from the bodily discharge the Academy spews onto the public.

And think about the kind of "forgiveness" all ex-members receive from those still enmeshed within the Academy for Psychic Studies.  When "forgiveness" consists of no acknowledgment of you except to deride and degrade your name to those who remain, I guess we should all feel happy to receive.  And any further "forgiveness" is not possible unless you arrive with a bucket of cash and no concern of how it will be spent.

Now, think about the BPI approach:  all past graduates will not only be forgiven their past membership dues (regardless of the amount) all graduates are eligible to receive a free coffee mug!

Those of you with any experience with the Academy will know not only have they never, ever offered amnesty for past fees owed, you'd never receive a coffee mug or anything more than Angela Silva's empty KFC bucket or Robin Dumolin's used, uh, well I'll just call them hygiene items.

Even if the Academy offers amnesty, forgiveness and a free token of appreciation, what would it lead to?

Judging from our past experience, we can expect more of the same kind of exploitation, the same hands in our wallets and the same gnarled, bony hands spiriting away our children to their private cauldron of mind control poison.

Currently, the Academy for Psychic Studies has a new web site sporting a new look and very carefully concealing the identities of the leaders, the founder and even the staff members.  It's tough to get new members to come see you in person if you don't show them the persons they'll see.  The Academy message seems to be: we'll stay here behind this wrought iron gate and bullet-proof one-way mirror while we decide if we will let you get past the front gate.  Who's wants to go through all that?

The Academy eschews contact with past graduates who chose freedom over confinement - only those who members who live on Academy grounds or pay nearly a thousand dollars a month so they can remain in mind control will be embraced.  No past graduate wants to associate with them again.  Actually one person I know of has returned but only because all her friends "outside" went away and the only "friends" she had left were inside the wrought iron fence.

The Academy can't emulate the BPI strategy.  There are simply far more people who hate the Academy for Psychic Studies than those who would renew ties with them.  Of the thousands the Academy claims to have been affiliated with them, only some 14 10 people are left to conduct its evil mission.  There may be some (as many as one) of the hundreds of ministers graduated from the Academy who'd renew their multi-hundred dollar a month membership.  That's not quite enough to reverse the Academy's reversal of fortune, I think.

As new members are few and far between, and as those new members soon realize they are getting in deep in substances they would rather not step in and as past members are required to come in with buckets of cash - the Academy for Psychic Studies' own Hail Mary would be much better conducted on their knees in church.

Unfortunately, they don't go to church either.

Ask a Rose - A Witch is Still a Witch

So how come Rose McGowan won't come to
my house for some trick-or-treating?
Oh yeah... because my wife will kick my ass if she does.

I just remembered the deranged psychotic Bill Duby claimed to have copyrighted the term "blowing roses".

Why?

He was hoping everyone would have to pay him if they ever said "blowing roses". I would imagine BPI - the place that taught him the concept of "blowing roses" and used that phrase daily was at the top of the list.

I 'll bet Bill would be at the top of a BPI list if he ever tried to assert his bogus copyright against the very people he stole it from. What's the name of it again? The shit list maybe?

I'm not sure what he did that for, but I am sure stupidity played a role - found no record of a William Duby copyrighting the term "blowing roses".

The concept of claiming a bogus and false copyright is obviously crooked and dishonest but to me, he presented it as a brilliant business decision. He had many like it. None of them made a penny. Only the looting of his followers was profitable, which only a con man could do well.

============================================

You know, I just remembered a use for a rose Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin never expected. I am sure they never really wanted a rose to be used in this way either.  In fact, I bet they would do all they can to prevent a rose from being used in this way.

All you SRF and BPI pea-brains who are about to pounce on me for desecrating your holy symbol better sit back down and take another hit of that medicinal substance in your bong, spliff or hookah.

I asked the rose if Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin were out to screw me.

I asked if they had wanted to get their crusty and gnarled hands on the house I just moved into.

I asked if Robin and Angela wanted the money Joy and I were hoping to use to start our new life together.

The answer was unequivocal: "What, are you kidding?"

Just like the Magic 8-ball, the answer hung on that psychic reading screen in clear, plain lettering with a meaning that cannot be misinterpreted.

So for that bit of insight, for the spiritual, divine knowledge that was passed down from one psychotic to another, for the concepts and techniques that allowed me to tell the truth from a lie, I say:

THANKS FOR TEACHING ME ABOUT THE ROSE, YOU WITCHES!

Without that important fundamental technique, I wouldn't have receive the heavenly knowledge and inspired certainty that you two were out to steal not only every dime I had but to take over any asset I obtained in a legal and moral fashion and to consume my children in your cauldron of evil as did the evil witch in the Grimm tales.

As you have taught me the rose knows all and tells the spiritual truth, you can't argue when the reading screen is read in a spiritually neutral space the information revealed is no less than the unvarnished truth.

Too bad that truth cost you money.  Well, not so much it cost you money.  It's more like you never had a chance to steal it.  So, I guess the truth worked for me a lot more than it worked for you.

The rose is a neutral symbol of the spiritual strength of creation and destruction and from that symbol, we derive the truth.

Looks like the truth for you witches involve individuals who have gained the strength you never expected and found fortitude in the face of your vicious, unwarranted and ultimately failed attacks.  I am just one who have stood tall and regained the life you tried to destroy.

Looks like the truth has foretold your destruction in the face of your cowardice, lies and insatiable greed.  The rose knows the result of your never-ending attempts to control those who should be free.  The rose knows why your most loyal female follower and your bishop have left the fold and will never look back.

The rose knows where your true intentions lie - it's not for the well-being of those who have served you.

And I am sure I am not the only one who approached the rose and asked questions about you and your intentions.  Maybe those who left your evil clutches before and after I did asked their own roses.

So, as the rose created those new lives and inspired so many to speak of the truth it revealed about you, it also began the process of your own destruction.

You can't stop it, you witches.  The rose is the vehicle for destruction as well as creation.  You should know.  You taught it to us.

Those roses are absorbing your energies from our "space" and dumping them back to you faster than you can set up psychic protections to dodge it.  Those roses have been calling back the energies of the followers you have been utilizing for your own evil agenda.  As you two continue to swirl down the toilet of irrelevance, remember: the process of your destruction, once begun, won't stop.

But blow a rose.  It will make it seem much better.

Empty Souls Emptying Your Wallet

Would you give her money?
I guess the question is how much would you give her.

That the members of the Academy for Psychic Studies were subjected to a shakedown every month no matter what their circumstances may be isn't a secret.

That the two Witches in Charge were conducting body cavity searches for loose change and anything else of value on all who entered their den of iniquity isn't much of a secret either.

What isn't obvious to all of us is what the majority of us really felt about the shakedowns and searches benefiting only the Witches of Ellsworth Street.

Below are the comments from a previous post, "Checkbook Spirituality".

You'll see how they describe the behaviors of the Witches of Ellsworth Street were continually focused on money, money, and more money.  Not only were they perversely and obsessively focused on money, they would do anything they could do to you to squeeze it out of you.

No charm, no mild persuasion.  Just a unrelenting pressure to empty your wallets, your bank accounts and dig the hole deeper by utilizing your lines of credit for the purpose of satisfying their material desires and pecuniary interests.

At any rate, the Witches of Ellsworth are deliberately and purposefully doing all they can to avoid facing the depth of their evil or even the possibility their behaviors are less than warm and nourishing.  According to one commenter, the truth will catch up with them.
According to me: that process has already begun - but they don't realize it.

If you think about the dwindling membership and the flagging fortunes of the Witches, their day of reckoning may be closer than they think.

Bill, Angela and Robin couldn't wait to shame you into giving, even when we already planned to...

Keeping the cold knarly fingers off my money was hard to do. Using cult tactics like peer pressure, psychology and scare tactics, they were successful in keeping me on the hook for years!

Bill, Angela and Robin were always quick to claim we were backsliding if we didn't give of our hard earned monies, time and energies.

Looking at it afar, Bill was like the Nigerian chain and internet letter you took seriously the first time you recieved one and unaware of the set up. The bishop is like Jessica Hahn, the secretary who was seduced by Jim Baker of PTL fame. She ultimately sold her soul, lost her dignity for fame and exposure through spreading her legs for Jim Baker and later for Playboy.....All for $$$$!

She did it for exposure to her teaching hypnosis classes through ISHI, a shill business to vaccuum money out of the pockets of the public and congregation members. She ran the church services and sermons.  Altogether, she was seduced into thses positions by Bill Duby himself. She later fell in love with him but couldn't be with him because Angela Silva and Robin DuMolin got there first. She was propped up instead to be the hustler like Bill for the church cash flow.

Angela Silva was Tammy Fae Baker in spades. Bill Duby propped and talked up Angela's psychic gifts, when in reality, she was the fat cat strategically positioning herself a top the church hierarchy, and waiting to pounce on us unsuspecting fools that were her minions. She'd cry crocodile tears when cornered, and use Bill's death as an excuse to back people off when they started seeing through her lack of leadership abilities, along with a complete lack of common decency, intelligence and a clue in truly running the organization moraly.

Hell, she just yelled at people and ordered them to basically do all the work while she stayed at home, went to Calistoga for spa treatments or went shopping.

Robin was a mobile cold freeze walking on 2 feet. Her talent was of Imelda Marcos proportion! Imelda loved her shoes, and pretended she was entitled to everything her and her husband stole, borrowed, begged from the people of the Phillipines.

Robin never grew up, while pretending to flaunt....I mean brow beat us with her "wisdom and intellect".

She loved being pampered and catered too, just like Imelda. Like Imelda, Robin was dense, narrcisstic, loved to spend money she wasn't entitled to on herself, while not giving a second thought to your needs.

The cold freeze speciality was always collecting taxes like the Romans, but in our instance, it was for paying for classes, rent, church fines (OFL's), love project materials, farm donations, so called charitable causes for the church, but ultimately on her and Angela's pockets.

Hello Dave, this is hilarious in a very sad way.

You characterize them well. As you describe, the worst thing about these characters is that they want to sweep the truth under the carpet and let it begone forever.

When Bill drive Larry to suicide everyone knew what had happened, but everyone ingnored what they knew and small talked it into oblivion, while Bill delighted in sucking everyone around him into being complicit with his evil. This is the life of those who remain at SRF.

Mort's passing is sad to me. He also ignored what he saw and stubbornly chose to stay there. He was a good guy in a lot off ways, an engaging conversationalist. Why he chose to stay there makes no sense. He thought he was too smart to be in mind control, so that is what Bill used against him, just like he did Larry, Just like he did Robin, and just like he did Harpreet. Took their money, and time, and that wasn't enough for him, he wanted their devotion, their soul.

It is hard to face the pain and waste of life and time for lifers. Unfortunately that is not the way it works. In the spiritual world the lies, the pain, the ill will goes nowhere. We do there exactly what we do here, except there you can't hide. All the lies and ill will of the SRFers will be exposed, and logic would demand that they wont be able to face it there either.

The cement is likely set. No one need fear SRF. Bill is dead and in hell, and the rest are just shadows of his image.

The truth is evil's own punishment.

It is true we have been abused, humiliated, deceived, made to treat each other badly, even comlicit with the evil deeds of Bill for a time, but it is not worth seeking revenge, it is only worth learning from it, repenting of the evil we participated in, and letting go.
Try and hold no ill will for our own sake. Take it to God.

God can handle our anger, even if you hate God for a while for the waste of time in there, he can handle it. In time let it go. Some day like Mort we will die.

Think of what really is in your innermost will, and then remember that we will live eternally.

Don't lie to yourself, becuase it effects and fools no-one but yourself. When we die, the dye is cast.

Steve

What is unfortunate about this situation is that those three are as much victims of mind control as anyone else.

If you believe Bill Duby was a master at mind control, you have to believe that Robin, Angela and the bishop are under the same spell.

I think it is clear that both Robin and Angela had something on Bill that scared him out of his mind. You can learn the detail by just asking around. So, in order to keep those two exactly where he needed them, Bill had to install them in positions of power, elevate their stature among the followers and give them a sense of entitlement.

When it came to saving his own skin, Bill would sacrifice anyone and everyone else to reach his goal. And his goal was to keep his women close around him, enamored with him and up to their eyeballs in power and money - so they would turn a blind eye to his own behavior.

Since Bill would always turn to others to do his dirty work, his women would often be the ones elbow-deep in work he feared would compromise his posture. Collecting money was a common task.

A common thing said in the corporate world is: spend your department budget like it's your own money. I think Robin and Angela were led to believe the SRF coffers were their own money. And they spend it as if it were.

Unfortunately as the bishop came in third place, she would up with the consolation prize. I don't think she has something on Bill that he feared. But she is so compliant to Bill (gladly accepting being yelled at, smacked up and insulted) he knew he had a good mark. So she joined the inner circle being fed a sense of power but not much else.

But even great mind control fades over time. I am not at all surprised to see Bill's control over them become perverted into control over the flock for personal gain.

Joy Butler said...

My thoughts on this is when does the victimized become the victimizers. Robin and Angela became the evil right hand of Bill a long time ago. They lost there souls, destroyed their own children and have become like vampires feeding on the innocent.

I am afraid that if SRF continues Jenny, Rick and Don will be next in line to become the tormentors and tax collectors of this curropt and spiritually depraved organization. Nicole and Donna may want to be in leadership but they are both too weak willed and afraid of their own shadows to bully a whole congregation.

Who else is there, many lifers. Many people over 50 years old that have no retirement, security or hope for a happy tomorow.

Mort was fortunate, he had to much money and he hung on to it. Good for him. Bill allways was trying to shame him into giving more and make him believe that his family did not deserve it. Thank God he uphelp his family values, something many of the culties threw away.

It is true, those with more money were keped as cash cows. They could be more rebellious than us without so much liquid cash because Bill and Angela wanted to get as much as they could to build there little empire. So it made bussiness sense to keep the cash cows on as long as possible even if they were not going along with the program.

The sad thing is that most of what happend at SRF was BIlls fault, he is the one to blame, but now he is dead.

I rember that I heard that Angela was using cocaine and that Bill was mad at her, because of that reason. The reason was that he keept forcing her to stay awake at night and to be at Ellsworht street, so it was not so much the meditation that was keeping them awake.

Many things was not what one was told.

I'm hoping the IRS comes in and scoops up the place before the financial pitfalls escalates to where they don't get anything. I really do hate the evil in those 3 witches, I mean bitches. They enjoy dolling out punishment, lectures and repremands, along with envelopes of cash where they themselves were never contributers, except when it was for buying lottery tickets.

The Angela Silva's who cry they have nothing while lying to the congregation and storing up madly like a squirrel with nuts for the winter, is a wealthy individual, who along with Robin DuMolin make sure others provide for them while they continue to store away the funds.

They even have the bishop clued in on the ill gotten gains, by entrusting a retirement fund in her name of thousands of dollars, while secretly allowing her to run up well over $30,000 in debt to the church without ever attempting to collect it or even pressuring her for it.

Yet, they have no hesitation to scorch earth anyone else that has a debt with them. The lucky ones who leave owing them small and large sums of money, I applaud them all! Those who like myself buckled to the pressure, relented and always gave even when they themselves realized they were playing diddling mind games to release the purse strings from our hands.

I just hope somehow in the future, a street scene of Angela Silva and Robin DuMolin with a cardboard sign in hand stating their homeless would be just desserts! In this case it would probably read: WILL MINDFUCK YOU FOR FOOD. GOD BLESS...I MEAN SATAN COMMANDS!

Captive Minds

This is a clip from the classic cult documentary "Captive Minds".

I won't comment on it today but I would like to to take a good look at this clip and decide for yourself if the techniques used at the Academy for Psychic Studies were similar to what is seen here.  I'd also like you to consider if leaving the Academy for Psychic Studies had a similar effect on you as on the persons interviewed here.

Whatever your impressions, leave a comment. We would all love to hear them.

Soul Survivor

I'm off for a beer break.  Here's an older article I hope you enjoy.
Don't worry, I'll be back in a few days after I get my fill of the nice weather.

I've been asked a simple question: How did Bill Duby take someone’s soul?

That is a really simple question that requires a really long explanation.

Although it’s not quite like making a deal with the devil, Bill had his ways of gaining emotional, psychic and even physical control over his victims. The only difference between Bill and Beelzebub was how you signed the contract. Bill just required a signature in ink.

Like all con men, Bill worked subtly, smoothly, in a way that did not create suspicion. He was always approachable when you met him. There was a sense of quiet confidence and friendliness about him that never failed to engage you. His mild manner and intense knowledge of psychic and religious issues keep you attracted to him.

And if Bill found something about you that filled a need in his life or his organization, you would soon find yourself seemingly getting closer to him. You would find him “confiding” some SRF secrets or secretly disclosing a psychic revelation for your ears only. He would get you to help him make one of his fantasy businesses a reality (and he had more fantasies about business than my teenage niece has about boys).

But from there, the soul-stealing situation changed with each individual. There was a common ending, though – the signing of that psychic contract with your spiritual blood.

I’ll give you an example based on my own experience. It’s only the highlights as disclosing every detail will take so long, you’d leave to watch “Hell’s Kitchen”.

Somehow, Bill learned about my occupation – software project manager. My guess is he heard it from one or more of my many teachers of the introductory classes. Anyway, he got me reeled in to help him create the new Spiritual Rights Foundation web site and build up the SRF computer network. That was one hell of a long task.

The guy who actually created the SRF web site and network did a fine job setting it up. Bill, however, ranted and raved about it being deficient in every way. Bill wanted a multimedia extravaganza with music, video, real-time conferencing, email with a cup of coffee and never understood he was in the year 1995 where that whole doggone interweb thing was brand new. No one had the technology for the kind of streaming video, podcasts and complex design we have today.

OK, I helped out. I got the software he needed, I got the computers he needed, I even set up a better, more reliable network for him as well. And none of it cost Bill a dime. I tapped my contacts for equipment and even dug into my own pocket to purchase equipment and supplies.

All the while, I was taking every workshop he offered. I enrolled in the Clairvoyant Training Program and attended every retreat. In the back of my mind, I knew something was not altogether on the up-and-up.

But I never listened to myself. I was kept so busy most nights of the week, there literally wasn’t any opportunity to sit down, take a breath and ask myself: WTF?

Bill found other ways to insert himself into my life. He arranged a relationship for me saying “…you play your cards right, I guarantee we’re gonna get you laid”. Sounded pretty good at the time. I mean, any guy would go for that, right? Unfortunately, he told the young woman involved to keep her damn knees together while giving me his guarantee of horizontal hula action. I guess I should have sprung for an extended warranty - the guarantee wasn't worth the paper it was written on.

He set up a place for me to stay at the SRF apartment. It was a converted garage. A converted garage that, as it turned out, was an illegal apartment.

Even though illegal, moving into this place was a chance to be closer to the master and closer to “the people’s place”. It seemed exciting and a rare privilege to live in a church apartment.

Once he had me there, he had me.

Bill’s friendly and personable manner began to turn to rage and abuse. It was then Bill would start to show his true colors, handing out faint praise then driving home savage abuse that I can’t even begin to describe.

Well, maybe I can. I’ll relate a story of me, Bill and one of this wives taking a car ride from Berkeley, CA to the “farm” in Bethel Island, CA. As soon as we closed the doors and got on the road, Bill (who was behind the wheel) turned and pleasantly asked for my phone. I handed it to him. Soon Bill’s calm and measured demeanor changed into, well a vision of hell itself is probably the closest thing I can think of.

Bill’s first words into the phone was: “GODDAMN IT *****, YOU FUCKING CUNT!” The call went downhill from there and continued through the city of Berkeley, onto the freeway, through the countryside of the Sacramento River Delta then finally an hour later, Bill parked the car and ended his call with: “FUCK YOU!”

I had to cool the phone in the freezer before I could use it again.

From that point on, some others and I lived in fear; fear of bearing the brunt of Bill’s tirade; fear of being accused of betrayal.

Why not leave?

How can you leave?

Your life was centered around the Spiritual Rights Foundation. There seemed no going back. Bill, Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin all discouraged separation from SRF (unless they were the ones doing the separating) using fear, intimidation and deception. Your outside contacts were poisoned. Family was poisoned as well. You thought there was nowhere else to go.

And that was the main element of Bill stealing your soul. He worked deliberately and methodically to make sure your life belonged to him. Bill made sure your income and assets went to him and his partners while saying to you the money was “an investment in yourself”.

Bill put everyone in a level of fear. It wasn’t a real fear, most of his fears were delusions born from his damaged and diseased mind. But he presented those fears in such a detailed, passionate manner they sounded more than plausible. Danger seemed to loom every minute of every day.

After a few years time, you found yourself as I did – a slave to the deluded fantasies of Bill’s mind and a victim of the relentless greed of Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin.

Bill’s mind control was so strong, so encompassing, it would be an amazing case study. Bill was able to control college graduates (people with advanced degrees, even a Phd) successful business people, skilled craftsmen and so many people from various walks of life.

Everyone, if asked before they joined, would have told you they would never fall prey to a cult. And all of them did. None of our friends and family would ever have expected our involvement in a cult. It happened anyway. No one would have expected any of us to have lost our lives to a cult. But we did.

I was without a sense of self. Eventually my whole identity became bound to the cult. I and my colleagues were helpless to the point where even our choice of occupation had to revolve around the time and monetary demands SRF – few hours and big money was the ideal. Of course, no one was able to achieve that. Simple decisions regarding our personal life were impossible without a solid round of psychic readings and spiritual counseling from SRF leadership – at a fair price, of course.

Information from Bill and the leaders changed from day to day. Robin, Bill and Angela all related events in a way to make them look triumphant and others as stumbling, defeated, malcontents – and some of their descriptions were out and out lies.

But you wouldn’t know it. Even though there are so many news and information sources today, only the spiritual and psychic perspectives from the squeaky hamster wheels in Angela and Robin noggins constitute the truth. The faithful SRF cultie puts his faith in the truth of the leaders. Trust other sources at your own peril!

Couples were not trusted to make their own decisions about their marriage. The leaders made the decision for them to unite, and separate. Your children were no more than SRF property to be available at the pleasure of Robin, Angela and Bill’s daughter. Fathers were considered unable to parent and unfit for their children. No real reason was given. Mothers were no more than caretakers. Bill, Robin and Angela were considered the spiritual “godparents” of many of the children. I’m not sure if they appointed themselves in that role or not.

As “godparents” that evil trio ensured their “godchildren” were taken to all things fun, the children spending most of their time away from their REAL parents because the REAL parents were busy with projects that would enrich the leaders.

You see, the cult and Bill slowly and methodically inserted themselves in your lives and into every aspect of your being. Their role is to do your thinking for you. Our role is to do as we are told and to give, give, give to live.

We gave our money and assets. We gave our families. We gave up our autonomy.

And by then, our souls were stolen.

Bill never really had to threaten to steal our souls (although he frequently did). Once we were in the door, he already had it.

If you need to get your soul back, leaving that environment will be a good first step. But as your leaders say, it is a scary world out there. You have to live as your own person. You have to seek out real professionals for medical and emotional help. You have to learn to live your own life for yourself.

But you’ll never be by yourself. Start with the professionals listed on the right. Then if you’d like someone to lend you his ear, my email address is on my profile.

The coffee pot is on and the donuts are fresh. I’ll make time for you.
