The Academy for Psychic Studies' Numbers Racket

Hey, look at that: Angela finally got that face lift!

A few years back, a reader left a comment asking about a guy named Michael Anaast, who these days seems to go by the name Michael Fikaris.

I really had to dig for that.  You see, I never met Michael Anaast or his alter ego Michael Fikaris.  In fact, I had barely heard of the guy(s).

M
r. Anaast was at the spiritual cesspool well before I was interned.  In fact, I believe Mr. Anaast was one of the founders of the Spiritual Rights Foundation.  For a long time, I wasn't aware of that.  I only found out when a picture of Bill Duby, Angela Silva and two other SRF founders surfaced.  The picture was so old, I had to ask who those people with Bill and Angela were.

Despite being a founder of this vile and disgusting collection of bodily fluids, Michael Anaast wasn't exactly a household name at the Academy.  His status as a co-founder wasn't ever mentioned.  Accounts of Michael Anaast's background and pre-cult life were, as usual, confused and varied depending on who you asked, when you asked and whether or not they had their medication that day.

The best I can do is say Mr. Anaast or Fikaris was said to be a founder of SRF.  He lived in the backyard apartment on Ellsworth Street for a time, with his wife and three children.  Supposedly, Mr, Anaast/Fikaris had affairs and other un-ministerial activities but that would be no different from any of the other ministerial staff at SRF.  After some time, Anaast departed to found an organization called the Foundation for Spiritual Freedom, possibly located on Dana Street in Berkeley.

Under what circumstances and what reasons Anaast made his exit is not clear to me.  Some say he had some kind of argument with Bill Duby, who responded by telling Angela to throw his ass out the door.  Others say he was so headstrong, he had to move on to his own organization for his own sanity.

All I know is that he vamoosed with a couple of SRF women to begin his own place and that long-time SRF members as a whole were apprehensive about talking about him or acknowledging him.  There was never any mention of him by the head psychotic or his witches.  Barely anyone said anything about him at all.

I can only think Michael Anaast/Fikaris departed the Spiritual Rights Foundation under less-than-warm-and-nourishing terms.  And that puts him in the same position as the rest of us.

Today while I was doing my usual perusal of the interweb, I happened upon the decayed and festering web site of the Academy for Psychic Studies.  Apart from the dilapidated and uninspired appearance of the site, one item caught my eye.

The Psychotic Academy is offering a two-day seminar on Numerology readings.  For the bargain price of only $350 and giving the public a whole two weeks before the class begins to make up their mind to attend, the Academy hopes to fill their empty coffers with dozens of eager (and likely gullible) students of Numerology readings.

That's not surprising.  We have all seen how the Academy uses time as a tactic to induce pressure to pay absurd prices for classes of dubious value.  What is surprising is who is teaching this two-day class:

Michael Fikaris

If what I heard about his relationship with the Academy for Psychic Studies is true, Michael Fikaris returning to teach a seminar at the very place he was separated from is a shocker.  It's even more shocking if Duby indeed told Angela to get rid of him.  Even more shocking than that, that corpulent and overbearing enforcer is probably the one who made the arrangements for the weekend seminar.

You have to wonder what circumstances came about for what ever is left of the Academy to allow him (or perhaps ASK) him to lead a class at the haunted house on Ellsworth Street.  You  have to wonder - crap, you already know what prompted this whole arrangement.  It's the $350 a head admission price.  The only real questions are how big is Angela and Robin's cut, how much of it did they promise to the portly disciplinarian and what will they say when they cheat him out of it?

Anyone want to throw down a Benji that SRF won't see more than, say, nothing out of this perverted endeavor?   Anyone else want to lay a wager this event will be the watershed event that reversed the Academy for Psychic Studies' reversed fortunes?  Anyone else stupid enough to take that bet?

How many of the newly-departed from the Academy would do their duty and go to this event only because Robin and Angela want another chance to pick their pockets?  Do you think Angela and Robin can succeed when they send their waddling strong-arm with the gut that jiggles when the wind is blowing to pressure whatever former members he can accost?

Well, let's hope the people who just left the insane asylum didn't have a relapse.

What about Numerology requires a 2+ day seminar?  The technique was so simple Rev. Bill Duby himself can look at someone in the eye, assign numerals to each letter of his name then in his usual rapid-fire delivery proclaim:  D-is-4-I-is-12-C-is-8-and-K-is-3-divided-by-9-and-the-hypotenuse-of-the-square-quadratic-of-pi is uhhhhhhh: you're_a_fucking_asshole_now_give_me_your_goddamn_money.

If Rev. Bill Duby, stricken with dyslexia and other learning disabilities could figure out numerology, why the hell does it take an entire weekend for someone with full capabilities to learn it?

None of that matters to the Witches of Ellsworth Street.  What matters is there are no more hapless and deluded followers throwing money at them, no one to do their bidding for free (well, there's only one), the people they would publicly excoriate for their own follies are no longer in the center room awaiting execution and they need people to bring them stacks o' cash and sit in terror while the Witches blame them for imaginary crimes.

However, if they really were interested in numerology, they might find something like this:

Angela Silva  Your number is: 4
The obligations that you face may tend to create frustration and feelings of limitation or restriction. You may sometimes find yourself nursing negative attitudes in this regard and these can keep you in a rather low mood. Avoid becoming too rigid, stubborn, dogmatic, and fixed in your opinions. (I guess it's too late for Angela, huh?).
You may have a tendency to develop and hold very strong likes and dislikes, and some of these may border on the classification of prejudice. The negative side of 4 often produces dominant and bossy individuals who are disciplinarian to an excess. (not much I can add to this...)

Robin Dumolin  Your number is: 11
Attitudes associated with the number 11 expression include a continuous sense of nervous tension; you may be too sensitive and temperamental. You tend to dream a lot and may be more of a dreamer than a doer. Fantasy and reality sometimes become intermingled and you are sometimes very impractical. You tend to want to spread the illumination of your knowledge to others irrespective of their desire or need. (yep, Robin tired to impress us with her vast knowledge of every damn thing. The presentations of her intellectual prowess sounded more like the Golden Book of Puppies your grandmother gave you for your 6th birthday than the definitive reference work we expected. I never decided if she did that because it was her usual condescending manner or if she was really that stupid. Actually, I have decided. She really is that stupid.)

How about that?  I'll be teaching a class on numerology next weekend!  350 a head and not one penny goes to Angela or Robin!  See you there!

Going Down With The Ship

As for the Witches of Ellsworth Street, they've issued a "response" to this blog in their own spiritually enlightened way - meaning you, me and anyone who has ever thought there is something fishy going there is morally bankrupt, spiritually deficient and psychologically deranged.

The "response" is written in a style all their own: the style of denial, blame and deflection of responsibility onto anyone but themselves.  That in itself is enough to warrant a response of its own:

Steve Sanchez on the SRF Response

Steve Sanchez has generously contributed this observation to the response by SRF.

=======================================
The letter by SRF to Mike and joy has a suffocating quality to it, no doubt especially for someone like myself who was in the cult.

The reason being this: the letter demonstrates how they insulate themselves in superiority. They never deny anything that has been said about them; that is beneath them. They communally wipe away all of the abuses of Bill and themselves by saying that any negatives towards SRF are the projections of those who left.

With this thought they can and will deny anything and everthying. As lame as this sounds to anyone on the outside, they really believe this; they must believe it to survive. They are completely unprepared to engage in a genuine dialogue, because communally they are dominated by their shadow to the point that they have become it, and will do everything to protect it.

This is why professionals are educated in ethics in all fields, such as psychology, ministry, and teaching. The study of ethics helps a person to see their own needs and other's needs. It helps a person to see a situation in its whole context, and the consequences that a particular situation has for all who have a stake in it. This is studied in the light of what it means to be faithful to God, and how we can be of service to one another.

The SRF version of ethics according to this letter goes something like this: All of you who have left SRF must deal with the consequences of your projections, but we are above that. We are inviolable and everything negative that has happened is the failure of the others.

Behind the facade of this letter is enmity and hatred. Swedenborg would even call it a deadly hatred. I say that because the lifers in SRF have allowed their anger and hatred to become trapped under an elaborate superiority that is actually all about denial. The SRF life is a constant process of scolding and abusing each other, and then doling out validation. This is very similar to the process of spousal abuse. Surface appearances are kept up, but behind it in their will, it is all about contention, conflict and hatred.

I say it is deadly because when this becomes the dominate motive in ones will that person begins to lose their soul. This is why Bill loved to, and was a master at, playing games with people's minds. He could get people to hate him, while they thought they loved him. He could get people to hate him, and be completely ashamed to ever recognise it. This is how he took peoples souls, which he so brazenly claimed to do.

Those who remain at SRF know these things, but, as demonstrated by this letter, are unlikely to ver recognize it. Those of us who have left SRF have had to deal with and face all of these feelings as I have written about before. It takes courage and self reflection. It is sinister to be instrumental in causing the trauma of people and then turn around and say that it is all their own doing. Their intent is to avoid their own pain, and compound the pain of others. The only way to do that is to insulate themselves in superiority and blamelessness. be This is what the SRF letter is all about.

I remember the abhorrence I had when I realized that to be part of SRF meant to be superior to others. I was inwardly terrified at the spiritual consequences of this. I remember one day after Harpreet had been berated all night by Bill for trying to get back with his wife and kids. I was standing with Angela at the Russell street property. She was going to escort me into the woman's house in the back to fix something, and we were waiting for them to be ready. She included me as her buddy for the moment, and was laughing at harpreet (who lived in the front house on the property) and giggled, "He is probably masturbating right now wishing he could be with Debi. That is why he is late".

She held him in deep disgust, and delighted in is pain and misfortune, when, in fact, the man was actually trying to fight to be with his own kids. She was probably repeating some crude comment of Bill's, but she forgets her own shadow.

She is the one that chose to be with the man who raped her own daughter over being with her abused daughter. I tell this story at the end of my book Spiritual Perversion. Angela's daughter, Angie, spoke to Rhondi years later about this and never forgave Angela for it.

In my book part of my purpose was to thoroughly expose my own shadow and that of SRF with painstaking honesty for the sake of understanding and helping others.

Mike and Joy have done a great service for all of us by further exposing SRF and showing them that they are not above the law. In fact SRF's denial blinds them so that they have very little self awareness of how foolish they are.

Steve Sanchez

The appearance of the witches in this clip is uncanny:
Holy Toledo!
So, where did they get the third witch?

A quick one today:

I remember ex-members telling me about one of the weekly mandatory minister's ass-tearing sessions where Angela Silva address the gathered faithful and in her usual doom-and-gloom delivery announced I had left that spiritual cesspool because I was not willing to tithe on my modest inheritance and that my life would be a living hell because of it.

Well now, considering that no one's life is perfect (which is a phrase often spoken by Angela Silva herself) I am quite happy. I think you will all understand why.

As for the lives of Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin - I guess if you have been following this blog, you have a pretty good idea who's really facing hell on Earth.

A tithe on my money wouldn't have done a damn thing to save this spiritual sewage plant. In fact considering all the things that have happened, it would have only served to drag me to the watery depths when this Psychic Titanic finally went tits up.

Ah, but all that makes no difference to the Witches of Ellsworth. They demand money from everyone at all times for any reason and for no less than the full amount they conjure from their cauldron of evil. Unfortunately, their cauldron is casting double, double toil and trouble in all the wrong places.

When your world is crumbling around you, what do you do? Ah yes, take lots of vacations. Actually that should be "spiritual retreats". My bad... Then you intimidate your most loyal followers to had over even more of their hard-earned money for no other reason than you want them to. Then you gripe and moan about your followers not doing enough for you, while you do nothing to make yourselves more attractive to new members.

So no wonder the church Bishop, their most enthusiastic follower and nearly all of the other followers have bailed out over the last few years. And no wonder there is next to no one left and even fewer people are willing to board this sinking ship.

If you are one of the fortunate who have discovered the life you were born to live is a life without the gnarled fingers of the Witches of Ellsworth in your pockets, please congratulate yourself! You are on the road to building a life without them that would have been impossible with them.

As for the recently departed of the Spiritual Rights Foundation, I believe they may in time become aware of the immoral, evil and otherwise obnoxious actions in which they were involved. I also believe they participated because of loyalty to the Witches - except they saw the Witches as Glinda the Good Witch at the time. Now they are out, that pure white dress is fading to black and the clear skin is looking ruddy, craggy and green.

It will take them a while but I would expect they will eventually see themselves in the same light as we all have: as the pawns of two greedy and evil women.

I'm sure their own ambition was the reason for allying with the Witches and it was, in an odd and indirect way, their downfall. However, that fall from the Witches graces allowed them the opportunities to live in freedom, just like us.

So, I hope we will extend to them the forgiveness and understanding for their past errors that the Witches have never extended to anyone.

The Academy for Psychic Studies - relationship control, mind control

Yeah, and I had two of them pissed at me - at once.

Be sure to read the comment by
Steve Sanchez at the end of this post!

Most of you know that Bill Duby frequently arranged relationships in a flash of spiritual inspiration - and later un-arranged them in one of his spiritual temper tantrums.

Joy and I both were long aware of how many of the Bill-inspired and blessed couples wound up in divorce and bitter rancor over division of their meager assets, spousal support and child custody.  It scared me so damn much, I was determined to keep the pot-bellied bastard out of our relationship.

But before all that, many of you are aware of my own Bill-arranged "marriage" to another woman.  I won't name her here (out of respect for her as an individual) but if you were present at SRF at that time, you'll know exactly who I am talking about.

Bill was excited about the union.  He dragged us in front of one of his perverted trance "classes", put us both into a deep trance and performed the equivalent of a "spiritual marriage" at that time.  Nearly simultaneously, he put Joy into an even deeper trance state forcing her to separate from me, being present during this new "blessed" union and always showing support for it.

Basically, Bill put Joy into a state of continuous torture.

Bill bragged often to his congregation that his prediction was that he would turn this arranged union with a woman I had no long-term plans for to convert into a real, legal marriage in two years.  He also bragged that she and I would be the "power couple" of SRF and he had plans for us.  I don't think those plans involved him giving us a church wedding and reception at a pleasant venue.  Probably it had more to do with dog collars and whips.

But his message to us both was consistent:

To me, all he said was "Follow me and I'll get you laid."

To her, all he said was, "Keep your knees together, you whore."

The rest of Bill's behavior is just too perverse, too deranged and depraved to describe.

It was a rocky relationship.  I mean, why wouldn't it be?  Here I am listening to Bill tell me I can get my sausage in the bun at last while this gal is practically having her legs tied together.  I was told later Bill would gather the ministers around him and tell tales of his perverse mischief and how well he is manipulating my "relationship".

I didn't need to hear that to sense something was up.  That gal would get her mack on me so hard, saliva would soak my shirt and my lips would become numb.

Knowing what he set up, Bill would come up to me and tell me "You know, she wants someone who's going to take charge in the bedroom. Do you have what it takes? You have to whip it out and slap her in the face with it. If you can't take her, I know three guys who will."

But getting past batting practice with her was just plain impossible.  It took a number of weeks for me to figure out I had been played for a fool and the whole congregation was holding their sides in laughter as I danced the hokey pokey with a girl who wouldn't put her foot or anything else in.  But I guess that's what it's all about.

Obviously that relationship ended.  Badly.  I was pissed at her and she with me.  But oddly, she remained interested in me even afterwards.  It was then I finally figured out what in hell that perverted and sick bastard Bill Duby had arranged.  He arranged a marriage for his own pleasure and entertainment.  He impacted three lives - the son of a bitch separated me from the gal I eventually did marry.  Fortunately for her and me, we were able to conduct our relationship on the DL for a while and establish ourselves on firm ground before the tidal wave of disapproval washed over us.

Our marriage is in its fourth year.  Even though we have known each other for 15 years and have been a couple for nearly a decade, our marriage seems as fresh to me today as our relationship did ten years ago.  In fact, every one of our vacations seems like another honeymoon.  I doubt I'd be saying that about my arranged "marriage" to the cult devotee.

==================================

I ran into the following online just today.  This is a tribute to the Late Rev. Bill Duby by the same woman who is keeping her knees together to this day.  Not just for me (and if I were stupid enough to do a Tiger Woods, I'd have hell to pay) but for everyone.

I didn't know what Bill said other than telling her to squeeze her knees so tight that a dime could turn into foil.  I believe he promised her power and status within the cult (which she got without me anyway).  But this article is revealing.  Bill really worked her over.  Perversely, he positioned love as hate and characterized this woman's brief relationships as destructive, even though young women and young men naturally tend to have short relationships anyway.  Only Bill could take advantage of a young woman to turn her against her own nature and entangle her into his own perverted world for his own strange purposes.

Now long after the psychotic charlatan has kicked up his last daisy, this woman has her own business (which by all accounts is doing quite well) but is still without a life partner - man or woman.

The tragic part of this sad tale is that she and I might have been where Joy and I are today - or at least she and someone would.  There's not a damn thing wrong with her personally that a little exorcism or de-worming couldn't fix.

The tale of this woman infuriates and deeply depresses me.  I mean, I am pissed that Reverend Bill Duby did what he did to manipulate and exploit the emotions and affections of a young woman and it's depressing to see the effects of that perverse effort alive and well to this day.

Finding My Life
by (former cult member)
I would like to share with you my story of how I found my life, my self, and my love at the Spiritual Rights Foundation. It's the story of my relationship with Rev. William H. Duby, the Founder and Pastor of SRF. I came to SRF through its Santa Clara branch in 1994. I enjoyed learning in the beginning classes, hearing things I had always known but never knew how to express, and having somewhere to make sense of things.
I met Rev. Debi as my teacher who encouraged me, and got me on my path without me even knowing it. She made it so easy, that I was regularly attending church in Berkeley once a month, seeing this guy everyone called "Rev. Bill". I sometimes stayed for his meditations, which moved so fast that if I realized one thing he was saying, I was reflecting all week.
I didn't get it though, that I had "FOUND IT!" as the buttons say. (I) was still going to get ahead and do all the things she had been told would make her happy, and that was one long list. But I kept coming to Berkeley, taking classes, coming to Healing Clinic.
I remember Monday Night Trance experiences the most, where all I knew was that my heart glowed whenever Rev. Bill talked, and I wished he would never stop. (He still hasn't, by the way.)
I was lucky enough to join the Clairvoyant Training Program with Rev. Angela Silva, and to begin reading and growing and all the wonderful things the Program entails. I was definitely at home.
Before I came to SRF, I had been fiercely self-destructive in relationships, on a downward spiral that put me where I hated myself, and was unable to do anything but hate others as a result.
Regarding relationships, Rev. Bill showed me and taught me many invaluable things. He showed me that what I thought was love, was really hate in disguise; that I had been tricked and enslaved by energies that weren't mine, and had taken this on to do to others. Rev. Bill did this and much more in hundreds of hours of working with me I had learning opportunities so I could see the truth about energy and myself. It was a war for my soul and my decency, and it saved my life. I am eternally grateful to Rev. Bill for this alone.
There were many other times that I learned and was healed from his teaching, but also from spending time with him, and watching his interactions with others. He showed me what was Truth, what was Love and how to discern these vibrations from all others. He made certain I had the teaching, that I did it to the extent I could never doubt its reality in this life and for eternity. He recognized what God had written on my heart, which I always thought were just the daydreams of my soul, and helped make them a reality. He showed me and made available to me opportunities for these dreams to come true. He saw, said Hello to, and loved God in me so much I could do it for myself.
Thank you Rev. Bill. I love you.
===================================

I think several others wouldn't thank Bill nor would they express any emotion for him even close to love.  I think it will be closer to a felony count.  Me - I had go pray to the porcelain god after reading it and finished with a phrase that contained the word "you" but certainly not the words "love" or "thank".

Anyway, read it carefully:  Bill grabbed hold of this young woman's mind and implanted himself permanently.  S
he is currently a devoted, faithful follower of the Spiritual Rights Foundation and is prominent in the Academy for Psychic Studies.  Not anymore, thankfully.  Who knows if Bill Duby is still crawling around this young woman's noggin like a tapeworm, though.

It's also a great example of why I can't spend my time pulling people out of there, even if I wanted to.  There's so much control and so many tricks the leaders pull on the remaining followers, yanking them out is just impossible.

The only way to help is to stand by, available with a helping hand if needed.  There's just no way for anyone, even we who want to help those trapped behind the iron gate of the Academy, to fight the mind control that grips the members of the Academy for Psychic Studies.

Mind control is strong.  To see so much of it even after the perpetrator is long dead is eye-opening and frightening.

=================================

Below is a great comment sent by none other than Steve Sanchez, author of the book "Spiritual Perversion" - an amazingly accurate account of day-to-day life at the Academy for Psychic Studies and its impact on the emotional and mental well-being of its loyal followers.

[the unfortunate current cult member] writes her statement very well. She does a good job of selectively saying the right things, and using inspiring phrases. It can't hide the basic reality.
Bill's constant advantage was that he didn't allow anyone to look underneath, to see the nasty-nitty-gritty world of manipulation that he lived in, and the cruel narcissistic motivations that fueled him.All the cruel things he did and said go unseen and unaccounted.
[the unfortunate current cult member] is in the euphoria of dissociation. She is using all the wonderful things she says to dissociate from rage and anger underneath at being led away from her own life. She is in a salvation fantasy where Bill is the hero. All her talent is used to fight fiercely for the reality of the fantasy. That is how her life is taken away. There is truth in her saying that she came out of self-destruction no doubt, but this truth is used to make the lie more real.
With the first shock of trauma we react from a default place of emotion, and thinking from appearances. The natural reaction is felt in this way: if no one cares about me, then I don’t care about you or me. This is a cut-off, and feeds the forsaken feeling that ‘God is punishing me’. This may explain what is happening in the two stories above. These feelings are not necessarily bad.
As I said above, often after the first shock people are put in a position to wrestle with God, and are able to incorporate a more spiritual perspective. They re-define and deepen their connection. But other times the pain of trauma is too deep, people have erected hardened barriers around it, and will not let their position be budged.
Swedenborg gives us a great framework for understanding this subject. He writes:"To think and conclude from the internal is to think from ends and causes to effects, but to think and conclude from the external is to think from effects to causes and ends. The latter progression is against order, but the former is according to order; for to think and conclude from ends and causes is to think and conclude from goods and truths clearly seen in the higher region of the mind. Such from creation is the nature of human rationality itself. But to think and conclude from effects is to conjecture causes and ends from the lower region of the mind where are the sensual things of the body with their appearances and fallacies." (CL, 408).
Feeling God is punishing us is an example of coming to a conclusion from external thinking. We see the evidence of, lets say a stroke; we appropriately feel anger and pain and loss, and from appearances conclude that God is punishing us.
But this is from natural thinking. As we process the situation spiritually we can see that our experience is part of the human condition, and that God is the foundation stone that we can trust in our hearts. Healthy anger springs from the desire to find, establish and reclaim our identity.
When we feel grief there is an opening up, because grief is a form of love; it is love when there is the pain of loss. Bitter, hardened anger concludes that ‘no one cares, and therefore we are not going to care’ (although this is, of course, never true; it is either defiance, or a cry for help).
It is my experience and observation that, quite often, the cause of the stuck place is unresolved emotion from trauma. The unresolved emotion drives a wedge between our selves and our loved ones, between God and us. To maintain the wedge requires dissociating from what we really need to deal with, which manifests in all kinds of addictions, and evasive behavior.
It also causes us to use ideologies as dissociative tools, such as using relativism to justify any position we want so as to not facing our self, or using the dogma of religiosity to avoid vulnerability and pain. If the dissociation becomes chronic, it causes a distancing from the foundation of our being - God. The anger and pain don’t go away, and the wedge displaces our ability to receive the Lord in our hearts.
Many people have suffered trauma in their youth. The trauma could be at the hands of religion, one’s parents, political organizations, schools, relatives or any number of things. Trauma due to abuse causes a deep emotional imprint in the heart, and in the neuronal networks of the brain. It can also be added to by ones own misbehavior, which compounds self-inflicted hate and poor identity. These experiences cause disillusion, suffering, and despair.
People learn strategic ways to protect themselves against these emotional scars. Even those who do a lot of processing work around the issue often don’t get to the core of it. Intense emotional experiences of injustice become internalized, held in a place where they can’t cause further pain. If this kind of emotional hiding persists the ‘underground’ emotion can displace our reception of good. The stuck emotion inside feeds off polarized feelings from childhood that habitually dart between helplessness and omnipotence. These are dramaticized childhood feelings.
Self-protection around the underground pain has been made a matter of survival, leaving us with un-resourced places inside, at least when it comes to certain matters. When triggered, we regress back to this place and react from it, unconsciously employing tried and true self-defense mechanisms, or escaping through some form of dissociation.
The stuck person protects this emotion at all costs, even if they unconsciously hurt others. It sometimes doesn’t matter how much psychological or religious information a person has gained in their life; in fact the more they have, the more sophisticated the self-protection mechanism, and the more elaborate the intellectual framework that is used to mask it.

Quick Hits: The Devil Always Sends a Woman - or Two

During our imprisonment at the Academy for Psychic Studies we heard a hell of a lot of nutty and weird things from the leaders and their sycophants.  One of them was "When all else fails, the Devil will send a woman."

When I heard it, it was spoken directly to me by the Academy's Bishop.  It was in reference to a woman they didn't want me to have any association with.  Unfortunately, it blew back on the fuckers as I wound up marrying that same woman.

Now think about that.  "When all else fails, the Devil will send a WOMAN"?

Was that one of them or TWO of them?

I guess the devil was having a really bad day if he had to send both Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin to conduct shakedowns for payola and monetary tributes, lure children into their gingerbread house, demean and dehumanize the very people who they depend on to sustain their larcenous habits as well as make an effort (albeit a lazy one) to advance an agenda that was nothing more than pure self-enrichment.

I'd expect one of them would be sufficient to carry out a demonic agenda but since we are talking about Angela Silva (who God graced with a fourth-grade education and behavior to match) and Robin Dumolin (who has forever polluted the ecosystem by presenting the superficial and unsubstantiated crap she saw on Oprah as her own academic revelations), I guess the devil would need to use them both as neither are competent enough to sufficiently serve the devil by herself.

However, each of them is sufficiently EVIL to serve the devil all alone.

********************************

At the end of our combat situation with the Witches of Ellsworth - the one where they lobbed a legal spitball and we answered with a legal bunker-buster, the Witches' attorney sent email indicating his clients would be willing to work out a settlement.

Of course, my gut-level, emotional reaction was "no fucking way".  The Witches' attorney was having a very difficult time answering our Special Motion to Strike and Demurrer - so much trouble he was practically begging for a continuance so he can run around in circles for a few more weeks before asking for even more time.  It was clear we had them on the run, in fear and unable to see how they could continue.  It was also clear at that point their lawsuit against this blog was absolutely nothing more than an unsubstantiated claim of defamation (embarrassment, sure but embarrassment is not necessarily defamatory) and a transparent attempt to frighten me into closing down this blog using an illegal lawsuit we were sure to defeat.  It was the Witches' temper tantrum gone way out of control and my emotions called on me to pursue the Witches as they have pursued all of us - ruthlessly, relentlessly and without mercy.

Fortunately, I realized my base emotional reaction to kick 'em while they're down was nothing more than the kind of emotional tantrum the Witches of Ellsworth Street displayed time and time again to dominate and control the men, women, young men, young women, husbands and wives who were unlucky enough to be in sight of them and that they were convenient targets for the Witches' to degrade someone with a semblance of self-esteem.  Children were spared as they were needed to deliver degrading messages to the Witches' victims.

That revelation was the main reason I agreed to, in fact relished, a settlement.  With our agreement to their offer of settlement, we can show who really had the upper hand and who was showing restraint, mercy, objectivity and true neutrality.

While we were working out the settlement, I made an offer (one that was probably insane on my part but I thought generous) to keep a permanent link on every page that points to an Academy for Psychic Studies response to this blog.  The response itself would reside on the Academy's server but this link would allow the Academy to control the presentation, amend the content as needed and give them more prominence than they were expecting (or deserved).  Essentially, I was offering more freedom than they would have had otherwise and gave them the chance to create a more benevolent image for themselves.

Of course, the Witches responded with an insult.  They wanted to have the opportunity to post on my blog themselves (and that is something they could always have done - they didn't need a lawsuit to get it) and were too dumb and too bound to the emotions of anger and fear of exposure and their minds clouded with the hormones of stress that remained after their monthly three-week religious retreats to the spa.  So I just let them have their way, knowing the things they asked for were things that would work against them sooner or later.

As it turned out, the Academy's head only remaining goon posted their response as a comment on the only page he could find and there it sat unnoticed.  Because as I was at full liberty to continue posting, the Academy's response was lost - buried behind all the articles I couldn't post until we spanked them out of their tantrum.

The settlement allowed the Academy for Psychic Studies to post their lame response to whatever it is they were upset about (mainly that they couldn't read well enough to notice I was asking them to make a direct response well before they filed suit) and gave me the opportunity to go back to court to obtain an order declaring me the prevailing party to the suit and awarding me my legal expenses.

I did.  I got it.  Per the Superior Court of the State of California, I AM the prevailing party and the Witches HAVE been forced to pay my legal costs.

Thinking back, wasn't one of the principles of the Academy to begin no action unless you were in a "neutral space"?  Weren't the Witches and the psychotic founder fond of pointing out how someone's actions were motivated by no more than the need to fulfill an emotional need or were driven by an unnecessary and unproductive emotional reason?  Weren't we warned actions borne from emotion were doomed to failure?

Why then would the Witches of Ellsworth Street initiate an ultimately ruinous act because they were enraged at one individual for talking about their idiot practices and afraid of what might happen when anyone finds out about them?  Why was it the Witches were continually motivated by how they feel and expressed as much hate, fear, vengeance and larcenous activity as a villain in a space epic?

As usual, the rules imposed on you, me and all the rest of the wretched followers of the Academy for Psychic Studies were never intended to apply to the psychotic founder or especially to the Witches.

It kind of puts the Witches emotional outburst in the legal system in a whole different light, doesn't it?

Taken Care Of

Here's what's left of The Blue Sky Ranch

I've got to post up this comment.  It's from a guy who would have been engaged as the Blue Sky Ranch caretaker.

AnonymousMay 2, 2012 10:28 AM
I was going to live at Blue Sky Ranch as sort of a caretaker/tenant with my pets at the beginning of 2012; and before I knew any of this about Angela and her followers. The only contact I had with Angela was negative and she was very cruel. A realtor gave her false info about me and the way she terminated our agreement was one of the RUDEST encounters I have experienced in my (so far) long lifetime. I now realize that God/My Good Fortune, was looking out for me. Wow! The Blue Sky Ranch on Bethel Island, is now for sale and is actually a very lovely place. Of course, the cult is now gone and they only appear when there are break ins or general maintenance. Apparently, they have a lot of problems with vandals-not surprising given their history of dealing with people. I appreciate the blog, enlightening.

This comment tells quite a bit in such a small comment.

First is that the Witches of Ellsworth Street have found their membership decline so low, they had to look for someone to live at the Blue Sky Ranch to maintain it while he pays them for the privilege of never being able to satisfy them.

Since we have all seen Angela Siva in action, we can commiserate with this guy.  Her summary expulsions of dozens or more confused or wayward followers whose only crime was they didn't have Angela's tribute money or was still not fully consumed by the perverse Academy for Psychic Studies were legend at the Academy.

We thought Angela's habit of impulsively removing a person or three with the wave of her hand was one way to control the "energy" within our beloved Academy.  Judging from this comment and from encounters Angela had with others either peripherally or not at all involved with the Academy, I'd say her actions are just a part of a mean and vindictive personality.

Where that came from beats me.

What I do know is the founding psychotic, Rev. Bill Duby, would often elevate Angela's nature into a warm, kind, nourishing soul who wouldn't hurt a fly.  Simultaneously, he would strike fear in the hearts of his followers by relating stories of Angela turning to a follower and telling the hapless soul to get his ass out of her cesspool - and he wasn't the only one.  Bill related story after story of the people Angela expelled from the Academy for unexplained reasons.  Other stories of Angela pulling a gun on her ex-husband, cursing people on the phone, snapping at men, women, children and animals and other aggressive acts were told by Bill Duby and became part of the Academy for Psychic Studies warm and nourishing way of keeping people compliant and in line.

Of course, there were several people who were turned away from the warm and nourishing environment of the Academy.  Those people were generally visitors of the Academy or the more casual members of the cult.  One casual member was said to have been pulled aside and told to enroll in all the mind control classes (costing several hundred dollars a month) start handing over 10% to 30% of this person's earnings or leave and never come back.  Oddly, that person still believes the poison they were fed and makes transparent attempts to "heal" wayward ex-members (which I guess would be almost everyone they ever knew there).  Another was told they were "too powerful to teach" before being shown the door while we were told that person was more interested in buying clothes and taking vacations.

There were others who were suspected of committing high treason and other crimes against Angela.  Two were new students in the Clairvoyant Training Program.  These two were pretty street/working class types. That's not a disadvantage in my book, nor is it a criticism.  It's a description.  You'll see why.

One day, Angela said she received a call from a home loan company who said her application looked good and would she like to close the loan.

Now at that time, the mortgage dust-up was just getting into high gear.  I'm not surprised a mortgage guy decided to give her a call as it was a sure thing anyone would be funded.  After all, she owned the Blue Sky Ranch in Bethel Island and was thought to own other properties so that made her a great prospect.  No wonder someone thought she would want to get a home equity loan.

Using her advanced psychic skills, Angela determined the call was a scam - which it likely was.  However, instead of thinking mortgage brokers in the overheated home loan market was just trolling (which was common) and called her based on that, Angela decided the two new students were the culprits.

The reason she gave to us was there was mail for her accessible in the facilities.  Some of this mail was solicitations for home equity loans.  The new students came from working class backgrounds (which many of the current students did as well).  Therefore the new students were thieves and were trying to cash in on a bogus loan made in Angela's name.

What was not said was how Angela determined she got a loan solicitation from that particular loan broker in her mail at the exact time the two new students were in the facilities - without seeing the mailing before the alleged theft.  Also, since the new students were never left alone and the area where the mail was kept was always attended by a veteran student or staff member, how the opportunity to commit such skulduggery was not explained.  Why also would two people would make the up-front payment to attend the CTP and continue to pay for it for some number of months for the opportunity to steal mail was not explained.  At that time, there was a number of easier ways to steal mail and numerous ways to easily make a fraudulent mortgage.  Why someone would go through the trouble of enrolling in a psychic cesspit to steal mail makes no sense.

Also making no sense at all is that the mortgage guy called Angela - not either of the two students.  If you wanted to abscond with the proceeds of a fraudulent mortgage, why in hell would you tell the mortgage guy to contact the victim?  Why would two persons so clever to engage in a fairly complex fraud scheme make the fundamental of having the loan company arrange to send money to the victim?  If there actually was an attempt to make a fraudulent mortgage, it would be more likely Angela would have never found out until some collection agency guys showed up to confiscate the SRF headquarters.  Gee, I wonder if we could still get away with a scheme like this one?

Of course, no one asked questions because no one asks Angela questions of any substance unless they wanted to get a spiritual smack in the face.

As a result of Angela's enlightened and divine insight, the men in the Academy were told to monitor the iron gate for the new students and tell them to go away as they were "too powerful for the Academy" and to go attend the Berkeley Psychic Institute, if they know what's good for them.  I was one of the guys notified.  Fortunately, I didn't have to throw them out. Some other guy chased them out to the street with a torch and pitchfork.

So what does this all have to do with the plight of the abused but relieved prospective caretaker?

If Angela really did have the advanced psychic and predictive powers we were told she has.  If she actually was so spiritually enlightened and wise so as to know who is telling the truth or not.  If she was the epitome of wise and measured leadership Bill Duby made her out to be, wouldn't she have known what was said about the prospective caretaker was somewhat less than the truth and that some further interviewing and consideration should be made?

Well, she didn't, she isn't and she can't and that says all you need to know about that.

Now as the Academy for Psychic Studies has taught the law of attraction (where you get what you imagine the universe will give you) what does that say about the frequent vandalism of the Blue Sky Ranch?

When you are two paranoid witches who simultaneously fear the world they live in while being totally dependent on attracting people into the warm and nourishing environment of the Academy for Psychic Studies, what kind of things would you mock up?

Well, if you hear from the Academy's lone sycophant, hit man and mumbling mouthpiece, there would be prosperity aplenty with dozens of devotees who find growth and unfoldment through working their asses off for no pay at all.  You might hear there would be instances of spiritual healing so numerous and profound, there isn't enough time in a day to describe them all.

On the other hand, if you were an observer, you might see empty class sessions, a dark and foreboding location in San Jose, silence and emptiness where there was once great joy and excitement.  And if you looked a little deeper, you might find two women hiding in the shadows in fear of what might happen if you saw them.  You might notice how they see conflict and strife all around them and how they are barely able to contain the hate and contempt for those who have betrayed their evil empire to embrace freedom and the life they were meant to live.

They continue to hold contempt for those who no longer want to submit to their exploitation and silently seethe at the thought that former members will tell the truthful stories of their experiences.  You might see how they dread the next chapter in the long and woeful tale of our experiences with the Academy for Psychic Studies, believing it is the truth that has reduced their prominence and has given them the kind of exposure that paints them with the scarlet letter of shame.

So if they do believe in the law of attraction, you'd have to admit they are manifesting exactly what they are putting out to the universe.

Or they might just be pissing people off.  Your choice.

Names, Faces and Places

Joy posted the following on her blog: learningtoletgosrf.blogspot.com
I thought I would cross-post it here as it has relevance to what I have.

SRF a.k.a. Spiritual Rights Foundation
Sued us unsuccessfully in the beginning of 2009.

They threatened us with basically taking everything away from us (again)
unless we stopped writing about our experiences at SRF.

They wanted us to take off all the names and experiences associated with SRF and Ishi Hypnosis because it was losing them business.
They lost.

They settled with us because they finally saw we were not going t
o be bullied this time.

They were not going to run us into hiding like so many ex-SRF'rs.

So they settled with us and now are going to pay our attorney's fees, well 99% chance that is (it's 100%, now that the court ruled in our favor). Ouch, that's got to hurt.

We will obtain a judgment against them for roughly $37K. The figure may go higher if we go straight to a hearing. That's going to leave a mark...

So the only thing they wanted because that is all they could get out of us was to write a little rebuttal to what we have written, which they have.

[of course, I and others responded to the response]

Their response basically says they are a holly organization and we are evil and demented people. All our bad experiences are really our projections and that nothing, I mean nothing bad happened at the hands of Rev. Bill Duby, Angela Silva, Robin DuMolin.

They basically state that we are to blame for all our pain, hurt, suffering. We are little children
who are sick. And they, the aforementioned are totally and irrevocably innocent.
Of course they do not sign their names and they post their rebuttal anonymously.

Cowards!

So in case you are not sure who these spiritual sages are (CULT LEADERS), here are there names and faces. It is always good to put a face on things. And I found one very revealing photograph taken on the Branson road trip. What does it say to you?

Bill Duby
Cult Leader #1 Deceased - thank god for humanity
This is who SRF is trying to protect - apart from this:

An alleged likely pretty much confirmed child molester
A self-proclaimed pervert
If he is not a true sociopath then I don't know what Manson was.
They sure had
a lot in common.

Bill Duby with Daughter ***. a couple steps behind and a few feet away is his alleged "wife" Robin DuMolin.

Next to her is another child who *** wanted for the day. This girl spent hardly anytime with her mother or father on this trip because *** wanted her and what *** wanted *** got.

Bill hated the girls mother and was punishing her the whole trip. I rode with the mother the whole time feeling sorry for her misery and wondering why she hardly ever could see her daughter.

Occasionally her daughter could ride with us when *** choose a new girl to play with and tired of her.

[On that trip, the participants were assigned by the leaders to stay in certain motor homes.
This girl spent almost all of her time in the mothering warmth and nurturing of Robin Dumolin and the heavenly fatherhood of Bill Duby only because the leaders wanted to divide the family to conquer the individuals.

Because of that forced separation, that girl was alienated from her parents for quite a while.

How would you feel if your children were taken by someone only because they believe they were your child's true and heavenly parents and you were rotten, scum-sucking bags of garbage worthy only of licking the dirt from their shoes? I think I'd first call the cops. Then I'd call the District Attorney. Then my own attorney. Maybe a guy in South Philly I know named "Vito".

But we couldn't do that. It was mind control. We began to believe Bill, Robin and Angela could parent our kids better than us. Well, those three could indoctrinate our kids to mind control and alienate them to their real parents. At any rate, the family was soon broken up through divorce and that girl's father had to fight for his daughter's freedom through the legal system. And take a good look at the picture. If the other child really is just the playmate of Bill and Robin's daughter, why is it the other child is walking with Robin? Why is it the other child's parents are some distance away?

It's family last. Your family comes last because the Bill Duby and his "family" always comes first. - MK]

Oh and all those people in the background about 15-20 ft. away, that is all SRF people "enjoying" their vacation. Isn't it not revealing how the leaders are so far ahead, how the "wife" is so distant from her "husband" how a child is split apart from her parents. Just something to think about, after all a picture is worth a thousand words.

Angela Silva,
"Rev." Angela Silva
President of the whole organization, SRF, ISHI.

Bill Duby prided himself on telling the story where he would tie Angela up for hours, preach to her (brainwash) and how he knocked her out unconscious for her own good.

Those were the good old days of Rev. Bill. Of course in SRF's response they say Bill was just misunderstood. Of course he was...barf.

[We understand all too well now:  Rev. Bill Duby was a con man, manipulator, and child molester who took advantage of everyone from widows and orphans to businessmen and educated and accomplished scholars.]

These people never get it: the law is a shield, not a sword.  Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin have made several attempts to use the legal system to assert a deranged and utterly tyrannical level of control over their ex-followers and to cement their current followers (at least, what was left of them) in fear and uncertainty.

This lawsuit was the pinnacle of their over-aggressive and ill-planned legal activities.

We beat them and the followers who were present at their defeat have now departed the Spiritual Rights Foundation - except for a couple of idiots who are so damn funny to see running in circles, having their pants drop around their ankles and falling on their faces, I hope they'll keep it up for a while.

As they are now stuck with prime swampland in the Sacramento Delta, a house in Lake Tahoe and a small plot of land in Hawaii that not only bring in no revenue, they cost the Witches of Ellsworth Street tens of thousands of dollars a year, they may need to use the court system for a totally different purpose:  bankruptcy.

Now that the Spiritual Rights Foundation is on the ropes and revenues are barely keeping up with their expenses, it's the Witches turn to be in fear, uncertainty and doubt.

You have got to love THAT!
