Staff Infection

Well, the reports I have been receiving about the collapse and demise of the nauseous and diseased Academy for Psychic Studies were a bit premature.

That's right.  I said premature.

I got inaccurate information about the state of the Academy's health.  As you know, I heard there was only the two fat guys left.  Whether that was a deliberate attempt to obfuscate or conceal the true nature of the Academy's status or if that was just another example of how, at the Academy for Psychic Studies, gossip is taken as fact and wishful thinking is taken as reality is anyone's guess at this point.

However, that the information was incorrect and that I had incurred false hope and unwarranted celebration is a situation I cannot abide.  There's no excuse.  I relied on the unreliable and paid the price.

Don't ask me to name my sources.  I won't talk about them.  This error is my fault and mine alone. That's not what you would hear from the SRF leaders, nor would you hear that from a current follower.  You'd never here this either: I apologize for any problems my inaccuracy has incurred.  I'll fight harder than a heavyweight champ to protect free speech and the truth.  There's no purpose to fight for inaccurate information.

The Academy is not dead.

The fact remains, there is an Academy for Psychic Studies/Spiritual Rights Foundation.  It is alive (although a shadow of its former self).  So while the Spiritual Rights Foundation lives today, we may see the day where time has taken its toll, vital and youthful prospects are uninspired to join and the geriatric followers are too frail to continue.

That day isn't today.

Take a look at the Academy for Psychic Studies' website.  At long last, there is a staff page displaying the Witches of Ellsworth, their super-sized sycophant and their remaining weary followers - 5 followers in total, 8 when you add the Witches and their whipping boy.  I guess one reason for it is that there are so few people remaining at this psychic sewage treatment plant their names and faces will conveniently fit on one page.  Another reason is that someone, somewhere, decided to advise the Witches of Ellsworth Street to allow their faces to be shown to the public.  I think the Witches agreed but only if the remaining staff members of the Academy posted their faces so as to provide human shields and alternate targets for the tomatoes that will come their way.

It's not just that the Witches of Ellsworth are pictured, so are all the rest.  Of course, that's pretty much everyone involved with this failing, miserable collection of debris.

When you peruse that page and view those faces, you might notice something: every one of them are of late middle-age and older.

Now, does the staff member's age denote the maturity and wisdom that comes from (I'll just call it) experience?

Maybe these staff members are indeed the cream of the perverted Academy's crop?

I say they are the staff members who are too damn crazy, tired or afraid to leave.  Maybe all three.

Take a look for yourself.  Closely scrutinize their faces and especially their eyes.  One is photographed in profile for reasons that will become obvious.  Others have that wild look in their eyes.  Some seem to be making an effort different from that of a natural smile (which, it just struck me, would need no effort).

It's contrived.  It's forced.  It's the representation of those who are compelled to serve with a happy heart and a sense of purpose that serves no one but the two Witches at the top.

What is sad and infuriating at the same time is that the remaining flat-liners aren't infused with a sense of public service (and those of you who know these people have seen that first-hand), nor are they sufficiently introspective to sit down and think about what in the hell they are really doing and what the FUCK they are actually getting out of all of this unadulterated bullshit.

As the indoctrination at the Academy for Psychic Studies is that the followers are receiving benefit, healing and self-awareness every time they perform a psychotic reading, teach a class on spiritual psychotic technique, do any kind of unpaid work for the Witches (actually ALL work for the Witches is unpaid) or give the Witches a substantial cut of their meager earnings, I suppose those delusional followers really do believe they are doing well for themselves and good for the world.

They would have to.  If they ever learned the truth, they would drop as dead as SRF's psychotic founder.

Revelation of the truth is pretty much what killed Bill Duby.  So, I guess it would do likewise to his followers.

No matter what the remaining followers believe and no matter that they conduct themselves with the kind of psychotic zeal that would bring them favor with, I guess no one (because only cash on the barrel impresses the Witches and no one else gives a fuck) they would have to admit the applicable psychotic homily in their situation would be "like attracts like".

So if the Academy for Psychic Studies needs to attract the young and energetic followers that propelled this demented and worthless organization into a brief but glittering heyday - well, why screw around:  these old bastards with their stuck-in-the-70's states of mind, their long-ago-and-far-away tales reminiscent of the bullshit your dad and uncles spewed after a night of boozing (like my dad's tales of a 10 mile hike to and from school, uphill both ways, in the snow, in July, in California farm country) are quite likely to have the same effect on the young people this idiot cult needs to thrive as it had on you as a 12 year old rolling his eyes, sighing deeply and hoping the old fuckers will finish their story before you have to tell them you have to go dump a load of diarrhea before you explode all over them.

I would expect, judging from the Academy's own "like attracts like" philosophy, these old tellers of tall tales would attract those of their own ilk.  The old and weary.  The frail.  Those on the verge of dementia.

Have any of the remaining staff members retained an inkling of relevance to the young and vital new members they desperately need?  Yeah, I didn't think so.

That does bring up a question, though: if the remaining Academy staff members are hopelessly irrelevant to any generation besides their own, would that mean the Golden Child would be pressed into service so she may face the world as the psychotic heir of the dysfunctional cesspool her father created?

What, are you kidding?

If there is one value the Witches of Ellsworth Street is passing along to their next generation, it's work.  The followers work.  The Witches crack the whip.

Receiving the kind of the kind of indoctrination, psychotic patter and schizophrenic delusions that have come so easily to the Witches and their Warlock would take special effort to infuse into the Golden Child.  As the Witches are immune from the infection called "work" and exhibiting effort is anathema to their tender sensibilities, there's not a chance they would make the effort and rigorous daily beatings we endured to indoctrinate their Golden Child.  They wouldn't trust a lieutenant to do it either.

Regardless of indoctrination, that the Golden Child was raised behind the iron gate and only released under the close personal supervision of the Witches, the child's social skills and non-existent and interactions with the real world would make her presence in the public eye more of a liability than an advantage.

So, the one weapon the Witches might have had available is useless to attract the victims the Witches need and the people the Witches have remaining are useless as well.

What is driving these unfortunate staff members (well, most of them are unfortunate) to continue to provide slave labor as they march down the road of irrelevance?

It's an infection.  The infection of delusion - the delusion there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, the delusion they are more knowledgeable and holy than others and that  someone, somewhere believes these followers of the Spiritual Rights Foundation are more than human.

They would have to believe.  After one of Angela Silva's tirades about nothing more than she hasn't screamed at someone since yesterday and Robin Dumolin grabbing them from behind and reaching around to grab the change in their pocket, they would have to hang on to hope to survive.

Driving the Bus

Got the below picture the other day from an anonymous reader.  I think it speaks for itself...

Of course, the board of directors at the Academy for Psychic studies are the same who sit on the Kangaroo Kourt of the Academy.  They pass the proper judgment on each case before them - like assuming the unfortunate is guilty of all crimes against the Academy.

The unfortunate at this time happens to be the Academy's own Bishop.  All that person did was to show decades of loyalty and revenue-generation.

Sure that Bishop engaged in some activities we'd rather not have seen.  That's the price of loyalty.

But now as the fortunes of the Academy for Psychic Studies swirl down the drain, who was the one who was looked to for a revival?   Well, who else?  What happened as that revival turned into a wake?  Someone had to be blamed of course.

The artist says Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin blamed the Bishop.  I happen to agree.

So for now, the Academy for Psychic Studies will drive their bus on their own after they run over their colleague a few times to make sure that person will be shown as the evil cause of their self-destruction.  I imagine Robin Dumolin will have her evil man-servant empty the on-board latrine on the Bishop as well.

It's a common thing in cults: all their own problems, all of their own mistakes, all of the turmoil and controversy the cult creates are the fault of one or more individuals working against them or not hard enough to keep them in luxury cars, fashionable clothes and monthly month-long vacations.

We formally-faithful saw how Robin Dumolin and Angela Silva delighted in having more cash, toys and playtime than your average, everyday person.  We also saw how they seemed to have whatever they wanted while seeming to do not a damn thing.  We also saw their temper tantrums, scowls and overall foul moods when their material desires exceeded the abilities of their followers to starve for another month to hand over their grocery money.

And there was the constant pressure from the Witches not only to pay, but to bring in even more victims so they can play their perverted psychic pyramid scheme - where the entire downline paid money only to them.

There was a time where the founder, the famous psychotic Rev. William "Bill" Duby asked me to figure out a marketing system for his "Health and Wealth" personal development products.  So using my expertise and the expertise of others knowledgeable in marketing and sales, we developed a system for marketing those products using a more honest and fair multi-level marketing system.

After creating a PowerPoint and making the presentation, it was rejected.  I guess the honest and fair part was the deal-breaker as it required the Witches to pay the sales reps a fair and reasonable five bucks per item sold.  You see, Robin Dumolin flunked sharing in kindergarten.  She did excel in back-handed nastiness in high school, though.   Robin would rather continue to sell a small amount of products for the full cut rather than share the cut for an enormous increase in sales.  No one but Robin deserved anything from a sale of a Health and Wealth product - even if that person sold that product without Robin's involvement.

But still, all the above are signs that the Academy for Psychic Studies and the blessed and divine leaders Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin are on such a high spiritual plain we of lower vibration and inferior psychic ability not only misunderstand the warm and nourishing activities of these godly and superhuman entities we are the cause of the Academy's misfortune.  At least, so say the warped and depraved, uh, sole supporter of this psychotic duo.  Well I guess, the Witches would say it too.

So if you even see any love-bombing, it won't last long.  You'll soon find gnarled hands in your pocket rummaging around for your lunch money and reaching for your children.  You'll soon hear a muffled chant of "double, double, toil and trouble" while you go past an Academy leader's lair.  I guess they really ARE psychic and the really CAN change the fortunes of themselves and their ex-followers.  Fortunes that transcend money: happiness, satisfaction, spiritual fulfillment.

Judging from the looks on the follower's faces and the scowls on the Witches faces as they demand more and more money, I'd say happiness is a distant memory to them.  Satisfaction, too.  I guess fulfillment ran for the exit as well.

So if their lives have been oh-so-prosperous and genuinely full of spiritual freedom and happiness, they did indeed make a psychically-inspired change.

I'd suggest you not make a similar change.

If you want to make a change and join the Academy for Psychic Studies, you won't see me blocking the door.  In fact, if you want to go check them out for yourself - go right ahead.

Just be sure you hear both sides of the story and make up your own mind about the Academy,
before you find yourself under the bus as well.

Welcome to the Academy for Psychic Studies! - Now Fuck Off!

Here's what you'll see at the Academy for Psychic Studies' San Jose
location two daysfour daysfive,
crap, you'll be greeted this way every damn day -
especially if you won't hand over your wallet.

If anyone were to be unfortunate enough to accidentally stumble into the Academy for Psychic Studies in San Jose, they'll likely be greeted by an individual who's social skills aren't very good.  In fact, you'll wonder if this guy was raised by wolves.

Now, I feel pretty OK that this guy had a good upbringing and was socially acceptable and aware of good manners in a previous life.  However, once this person got involved in the perverse, demented and socially inept ecosystem of the Academy for Psychic Studies, all of that went away.  Far, far away.

Now that I think about it, that lack of social graces and general manners isn't limited to just one individual.  It's pretty much endemic to the whole fucking place.

When the leaders scream at their followers at staff meetings and loot anyone who hasn't made their monthly mandatory voluntary donations and when any shortcomings displayed by the leaders (which is one hell of a lot) are blamed on the inability of the followers to complete impossible tasks, or their failure to accomplish an objective that is continually changed and forever moved just out of reach, I guess the followers are just doing to each other as the leaders have been doing to them.

We know how the leaders pummel their followers and loyal "staff" over the head with demands to make a million dollars a year for the leaders.  We know how the arrogance and pure disdain the leaders have for anyone but themselves and their golden child is so visible that the remaining faithful few show an outward appearance of submission while keeping an ember of individuality smoldering.  Even the public is finding out the Witches of Ellsworth consider people as nothing more than stacks of money to be consumed until every last penny has been thrown into the cauldron.  No surprise the public is steering clear of this useless and dysfunctional organization.

So, wouldn't a few days in charm school help the remaining faithful to turn that frown upside-down and make lemonade out of the lemons the Witches shoved up their uh, pockets?

Suuuuurrrrrre....

If you had to meet a crushing and never-ending demand to raise the Witches' flagging fortunes and if you had to face them to report you were unable to complete an impossible task and achieve an unattainable objective, how do you think they'd respond?  And how would you look after a few weeks of that?  Worse, what kind of countenance would you present to the public after all that punishment?

I'll bet you'd have that smile turned upside-down in no time.

I believe someone who has suffered at the hands of the Witches of Ellsworth Street is reflecting on that experience right now.  This person is not the only one who suffered, nor is this person the only one who is reflecting on that experience. I do also believe if it is true that person is indeed in deep reflection over their involvement in the Witches' reign of terror, they'd be looking at this blog at the present moment - whether at home or away.

We have all been reflecting on the Witches' plight, reflecting much on what we did to perpetuate that demented despotic regime and our role in covering up the insane and psychotic activities that underlie all the crazy and stupid decisions made in the name of spiritual enlightenment.

I mean, why did anyone look the other way when they knew Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin were clearly putting their most loyal and productive followers and supporters into indentured servitude, demanding large percentages of the follower's incomes for no other reason but they wanted it?

Why did people believe the tall tales spun by the Witches when each of their legal defeats were re-positioned as spiritual victories?  The Witches fought incompetently to deny good and decent parents the right to raise their own children in a upright and moral manner (with an education appropriate to the child's talents and interest) and instead maintain the child under the special tutelage and spiritual guidance of the Witches' perverted brand of child development.

Why is it, the Witches pronounce with the authority of a Supreme Court Justice, those who have left the Spiritual Rights Foundation/Academy for Psychic Studies are in a state of spiritual hell, when the divinely-departed have found perfect freedom?

And for those of you who argue the spiritual forces of the psychic universe are indeed acting to confront the dark forces who would dare to expose the divine practices of the Witches (like this blog, for example), start thinking of this:

  • The Academy for Psychic Studies has been experiencing a net LOSS of followers since the late 90's
  • The Academy has LOST their legal complaint against this blog (so badly, they were forced to offer me a full release of anything I may or may not have done to them at any time and the court ordered they pay my legal expenses - that is as bad a defeat as you can get without going to prison).
  • The Academy has LOST their bid to influence the divorce and child custody cases of several men and women ex-members.
  • Once this blog became established, the net LOSS of Academy followers per year went up drastically.
  • The number of new victims for the Clairvoyant Training Program dwindled so low, that when the only two students of that psychotic program quit, the CTP was LOST for good.
  • The Academy for Psychic Studies LOST their most loyal follower and their "church" bishop thanks to the Witches' demands for more and more and more money.
Gee, I sense a pattern here.

No wonder the remaining few at the psychotic Academy are foul and unfriendly.  For them, there's nothing to be gained by being nice.

There is a silver lining, though:  they won't be doing any more love-bombing.

And the beating goes on...

Recipe for a pusillanimous sycophant:
add 200 pounds of fat
scoop out brain and fill with garbage
beat until fully softened

I had a chance to watch "Join Us" - a film about a wacky cult led by a screwball pastor who started screwing his followers out of every dime they had.  After seeing that description, I figured it was all about SRF and the Witches of Ellsworth Street while Bill Duby was alive enough to cause trouble.

Turns out it was about a church named Mountain Rock Church located in a place I can't remember.

That church, where it is, what it does and who's in it doesn't matter, actually.  What I saw in it did.

Those of you who were around the spiritual cesspool we called the Academy for Psychic Studies at about the mid to late '90's might recall a certain jiggling turd who married (presumably at the advice of the psychotic founder - which was all the rage at the time), fathered a child (which was also presumably at he psychotic's urging) then divorced his wife which was pretty much also at the psychotic's urging.

In between the marriage and divorce, this heap of unbearable and indescribable detritus had to face charges of domestic violence as well as whatever other idiocy this worthless piece of human debris got himself into.

As for the domestic violence charges, I have no idea what the hell happened there.  I just know he wrote about the incident in the SRF newspaper and it was spoken of among the followers - generally because the Academy psychotic kept bringing it up and commenting on how it was the wife's fantasy she was beaten and that certain spirits in the wife's "space" conspired to keep the turd from his true spiritual calling: licking Angela Silva's boots and accommodating Robin Dumolin's special strap-on boy-toy.

As far as some other violence is concerned, I saw a good deal of it.

This violence was of the most horrible, mean and utterly cruel kind.  This violence was directed at one unable to defend.  It was violence engaged in for no real purpose other than control and domination.  It was the raw, unrestrained and unnecessary beating of a toddler.

In the film "Join Us", several parents described how the pastor used pipes, belts and any available hard object to beat children from infancy to teen age.  They also described how several adults joined in the fun and forced children to engage in long runs (until they fainted), extended torture sessions and severe beatings so extreme, I just don't have the stomach to repeat.

The aftermath of these beatings was far more than physical.  With few exceptions, the young children who were severely abused began to act out the aggression they experienced on each other.  Far from the usual kiddie slaps you see among little kids, these children were not only beating each other with closed fists and objects, they were using insults, taunts and the kind of language that you'd hear from ME towards each other and to adults.

So what the fuck do those kids have to do with the angelic, spiritually pure and otherwise perfectly raised children from the Spiritual Rights Foundation?

I recall one little guy I saw there early on.  He had the cutest damn expression on his face all the time and after a while he ran towards me with his arms wide apart all the while calling my name.  Now, if you can picture that, how can you not smile?

Well, I guess his corpulent father didn't.

That father was the same turd who faced domestic violence charges and gladly carried out all the perverse, demented and utterly psychotic demands to execute punishment on Bill Duby's hapless and wretched followers with all the gusto of a Nazi Death Camp Commander.

That beautiful and truly angelic little guy began to turn.  He turned in a truly scary and saddening way, threatening to beat other kids, taking objects and clobbering people with them, having uncontrollable, inconsolable outbursts that featured threats to cut, maim, bruise, burn, shoot, poison and otherwise abuse whoever happened to be nearby.

Of course, this boy's travails were blamed on the mother's "spirits" and other parts of her body.  The psychotic prescribed several spiritual remedies and psychotic treatments - none of which did a damn thing.  The threats, taunts, obsession with violence went on, and on and on.

I wondered from the time I first saw that amazing little face to today what the hell caused such a radical and horrifying change.

I still can't say for sure but I have a theory.

Since I mentioned the jiggling blob of wasted flesh and human potential, you probably know where this is going.

The turd's habit of ignoring his own son while engaged fulfilling the warlock's evil and un-achievable demands was legend.  We came to expect it.  So of course, we did our best to keep our eyes out for his child, while his own eyes were locked on a prize we all knew he would never receive.

We saw how this useless and valueless pile of sewage sprang into action only when the leaders said something to him to force him to act.

So, that external force, that need to please his perverted and psychopathic idols was the only thing he needed to beat the living shit out of his own flesh and blood.

I saw it.

I saw how the turd grabbed his toddler by the arm and heaved him into a chair so hard the child got the wind knocked out of him.  I saw the fat bastard pick up his toddler and fling the little guy clear across a room.  A slap to make an incomprehensible demand or to reinforce a psychotic delusion in a toddler's mind was routine.

Not to be outdone, one of the male members of the cult described to me in loving detail how he took that same little toddler out back for a demonstration of what a strong male can do in the little guy's life.  Using pantomime and trailer trash vocabulary, this unrestrained psychotic showed how he delivered a loving spiritual healing to the boy's bare butt, back, legs, arms and face.

The women were all too eager to get in on the action but somehow, the prospect of using a fireplace shovel on a toddler didn't appeal to them.  So they just grabbed the boy by the shirt, pants, shoelaces or whatever else they can pull so tight it would leave a deep mark and toss him in a metal chair as hard as they could, then keep him there for as long as possible or for at least the four hours it took to pull the turd from the throne he installed in front of his computer.  If a metal chair wasn't around, they would just mock him, curse at him and taunt him.

Now what came first?  The abuse?  Inappropriate and unacceptable behavior by the child?

Well, if you think a child is inherently infected with evil spirits that are hell-bent on disrupting Bill Duby's spiritual concentration camp, Angela Silva's psychic work house and Robin Dumolin's evil cash flow, then I guess either you still have that wacky and stupid trailer trash thinking of the Academy for Psychic Studies or you are still a part of it.

If you think like the civilized people of the civilized world, you'll know infants and toddlers are the most innocent among us and are the most able to assimilate the speech and expressions and imitate the behaviors of the adults around them.  You'll also have a deep belief and knowledge that if a kid does something un-kid-like, he's doing what he saw among the adults around him.

If you have left the ugly state of mind the Academy for Psychic Studies demanded you adopt and you are not that corpulent turd or either of the dominatrix's he reports to, you have to be one of the good and decent people in mainstream society who has maintained his decency and retained his humanity.

And you have to believe, that child's bad behavior was nothing more than than the deep-seated meanness of the turd and the Witches relentless quest for absolute control at any cost brought up to the surface in the most cruel, humiliating and damaging way possible.

So while this psychotic kindergarten was a living hell for we adults, any child who was on the outs with the Witches and the Psychotic were subjected to treatment that was no less brutal.

What happened after all this is all too predictable and I won't talk about it.  It was all avoidable.  There was no reason for the physical torture of a toddler and no reason for the cretinous and otherwise stupid adult followers of the founding psychotic to join in to continue the torture.  Well in a cult, all things are possible and all things desired by the leaders was possible.  Even if that thing was to keep a toddler quiet by beating him senseless.

False Evidence Appearing Real

I had a pretty brisk discussion with a few people about what the purpose of the blog is intended to be. Am I speaking for those who have left, those who remain, those who may choose to join?

I have said in a earlier post that my wife and I host gatherings of those who are no longer with SRF. We love to do this and will continue for as long as the need exists. I think it will be a long time. I've also said that we are not exit counselors, de-programmers or guerrilla-style saviors of the world. We are just hosts.

I've also said that I conceived this blog as a kind of graffiti. Just a way to spray paint random thoughts on the internet wall that no one pays attention to. Well except for rival gangs, I guess.

And pay attention they are. My web stats show a lot of hits based on searches on my name and the word "blog". Those who come to this blog by searching on my real name have to be someone who knows me and have an interest in the Spiritual Rights Foundation. We did send the links to people we know, who sent them on to others and so on. Those hits were easy to identify. But I'm sure there is a certain group looking for scandalous information about themselves.

I'm not doing this because I think the Spritual Rights Foundation will suffer because of it. They seem to be doing a fine job of melting down without my help. But with the traffic being so high, I have to wonder what my purpose will become.

I'm not straying from my principle that I don't pull people away from the Spiritual Rights Foundation. But we will still host those get-togethers. I just ask anyone who may be considering a departure to make that decision on their own. If this blog adds to you knowledge base, then that is fine. You need to consider information from any available source. You can consider all of this pure fiction and unrelated to anything. That's your right as well. If after you consider all the data you get more by staying than leaving, then please stay there.

I don't advocate that you look to me or any ex-member for your salvation. Whether you believe it or not, the guy who took the job so long ago is your best bet for that. If you want to talk about your past experience over some good eats and coffee, I'm all ears. Just be sure that your affiliation with SRF is in your past - distant or recent.

In short, make up your mind first. I'm not your rescue worker or your savior.

That said, I renew my pledge to you that our hands are open should you choose to exit. And the pledge of forgiveness is always there.

It is scary to leave. It is scary to think you are on your own, without the support of a group. That is part of the purpose of our gatherings. We support each other in the warm, personal sense that only those who share a common experience can do. We speak in the intimate manner that comes from those who have truely found a common bond. That bond is somewhat painful and frightening to confront, but a bond it is.

You are not to blame for anything that you many have done to anyone nor are your fellows to blame for what they have done to others. The collective consciousness drove you to do things that you may be regretting now. We all have regrets. And we all are devoted to healing the pain by talking the pain out. We have had enough of burying our shame and repressing those thoughts and emotions that were anathema in our dysfunctional past.

Take your time. Most of us were gone for a while before we could say anything about our experiences. We'll be around.

Many of the posts on this blog are scary, candid, direct. I have heard them called them "sarcastic". That's fine. Many find what was here informative and somewhat funny. But those experiences are scary when I look back on them. And my observations and commentary are direct and unequivocal. While I believe that the basic principles of meditation and other practices are valid (when properly used), I believe that the conduct of that organization has been and continues to be counter-productive to personal growth and personal freedom. There are those at SRF who feel they have nowhere else to go. I call that a sense of spiritual imprisonment.

Those of us heard frequently that there is no guru at SRF, that there is freedom and you cannot become dependant on SRF and what it offers. If that is the case, why is it that so many of us yearned for freedom that seemed to elude us? How did that lead us to withdraw into the imposing walls of a cult, being not of the world?

What did we have to fear?

Why is it that we feared a world that presented no fear?

Those who are out have grown in ways unimaginable while they were at SRF. My own wife is thriving at college. Others are experiencing more loving and satisfying relationships with loved ones, friends, family. And without the burden of up to 80% of their money going down the drain, financialy as well.

We were told that fear is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. So tell me, if the world is so fearsome, what about that fear is false? Am I against you as a fellow resident of planet Earth? Are those who left before you the personification of evil? Or are we all truly kindered in spirit?

So what the hell does all that have to do with the purpose of this blog?

It's me facing the fear. It's me releasing the nightmare of the last decade.

I hope you can find that place where you can as well.

And when you do, come over. The coffee is always fresh and we keep some good eats around all the time. Stay a while. You'll have a lot to talk about.

Academy for Psychic Studies - rooking the staff and cooking the books

When I was told the SRF books are so well cooked
they are smoking hot, this is what occurred to me.

I got a vid about a nutty cult leader trying to pass himself
off as a really good guy who is as wise as a serpent
and gentle as a lamb.  I guess he is until that red-headed
woman showed up.

I got a comment from an anonymous person a while back.  It's pretty much something we all suspected was happening for a long time now:
...here is the truth about what Sherry was doing in her locked bookkeeping office. She was instructed to keep two sets of books for the church. One was the official set of books for the IRS and the other was what was actually going on, mainly all of the personal expenses of the leaders that were being paid for by the non-profit. How is that for the integrity of the spiritual leaders?
That the Witches of Ellsworth Street are suspected of shady bookkeeping practices and cheating the government (and us) by evading payment of their fare share of taxes isn't a shocker, of course.  What's shocking is that someone, somewhere has the courage to speak out.

In the face of the punishing scowl of the Witches of Ellsworth Street and the equally ugly scowls of their deluded and equally conniving minions and man-servants, having the strength of character to make a statement of that kind is not only a pleasant surprise but encouraging.

Why?

Well, it's like this:  that someone could find the will to make this kind of statement without fear of reprisal displays the freedom this person enjoys outside the iron gate of the Academy for Psychic Studies.  We all should embrace that attitude of freedom and self-confidence that allows us to speak out in the ways and on the topics that would bring closure and satisfaction in our lives.

What about all that money thrown into the Witches' cauldron over the years?  Where is the cauldron hidden and how did it get filled?

Well, we know how it got filled - it came from our wallets.  Not exactly by free will, by the way.  The Witches of Ellsworth asked and they received.  Well, they didn't really ask as much as they used our children to deliver direct threats and got up in our faces with a group of our peers delivering insults, lies and all manner of intimidation to pry our money out of our pockets with their gnarled fingers.  So, I guess they didn't really receive as much as they were just plain picking our pockets.

Maybe they have Swiss bank accounts and own shares in Cayman Island financial institutions.  Who knows?  I expect that money went somewhere offshore.

Maybe an on-shore government agency might be interested in all this...

Bent Over and Punked

Well, the Witches of Ellsworth Street have been thrown over a barrel and given the punking they deserve.

As disgusting as that image may be, it's not a bad thing.

Take a look at this recent printout of the Contra Costa County building inspection records - records that are PUBLIC, which you and anyone else can look them up and read them you fucking SRF troll.

The confusing structure had to be gutted of all illegal items.  As I read the law, that means all wall board and studs must be removed, the floor coverings must be pulled up, the lighting (such as it is) will have to be removed, the ceilings will be torn down, the baths completely removed and the walls creating the San Quentin dorms will have to be cut down.

That leaves only the outer walls as an allowable item.

What's worse is that the plumbing will have to be sealed and the electrical service reduced to a few outlets guarded by GFCI protection circuits.

Angela Silva's pride and joy, the idiotic ground floor will have to be completely torn down.  Even the walls and ceiling will have to go.  Because the finished oak staircase is not constructed from flood-resistant materials nor is it build to withstand a 100-year flood (which is the standard) it will have to go as well.

Many of the older male members of SRF (which I guess WAS all of them) recall a time where they dropped a couple of Benjis in the Witches cauldron to spend a weekend in the Lake Tahoe retreat center for a relaxing weekend of removing the floor coverings and doing a hell of a lot of other work.  As the Witches were too cheap to obtain a dumpster for the removed parquet wood floor coverings, they resorted to igniting a pile of flooring in the fireplace, feeding a few pieces of parquet at a time as the fire blazed until the entire heap of old flooring was burned to ashes.

There's similar parquet flooring in the now former Blue Sky Ranch but I think it will not face a cremation ceremony officiated by the now former ministers of the SRF cult.  However, I think most of them will be happy to light a match to that fucking oak staircase as it is emblematic of the bizarre thinking, wasteful ways and excessive entitlement displayed by the Witches - Angela Silva in particular.

In fact, I'll bet they'll add Angela and Robin's effigies to the pyre.

Creed to Creed

Here's the official creed of the Berkeley Psychic Institute courtesy Psychdoctorate's blog (and I'm the guy who added the emphasis):

We of the Church believe in limitless space, timeless endurance, never ending acceptance, everlasting patience, and continuous comprehension.

"What if a man gain the whole world and lose his own soul?" asks Jesus.

To a mystic with eyes turned inward towards infinity and cosmic consciousness, his words have great meaning.

Psychic freedom creates no ideologies, no isms, no dissenting philosophies which divide, corrupt and destroy communication between human souls.

No governments are upturned, no faiths cut down by the sword, no sects or types eliminated; only a one to one contact between the cosmic and a living soul, which flames quietly, bringing a lifetime of contentment and a realization that nothing in this world is worth exchanging for that attainment.

Now, here's the Defecation the Spiritual Rights calls it's "Divine Creed":

We the children representing the Church of God, believe in principle our motto that FREEDOM IS THE ESSENCE OF LIFE.
And, as an ordained ministry of His Worship hereinafter referred to as the SPIRITUAL RIGHTS FOUNDATION, do joyously adopt in absolute acceptance that no person, place or condition upon this heavenly planet has intellectual, philosophical or moralistic right to interfere with the DIVINE PROVIDENCE granted unto us by the supreme authority of ALMIGHTY GOD.
Furthermore, no Country, foreign or domestic, entities of this earth planet, solar system, or any other extra-terrestrial system (WTF?) shall prevail in bearing false witness against us or intervene in the mission which our FATHER-MOTHER GOD has willingly talented us to unfold for the benefit of HIS GRACE in all human kind.
WE the children of HIS LIFE are ordained by HIS GRACE, to worship in HIS LIGHT of reality and come to personally experience the eternal freedom of limitless space, timeless endurance, never-ending acceptance, everlasting patience, and continuous comprehension. First, seek the Kingdom of Heaven, and its righteousness, and then all things shall be added unto you, says Jesus.
To a mystic with eyes turned inward to infinity and cosmic consciousness, His words are not only simple but veiled in great meaning. Spiritual freedom creates no ideologies, no isms, no dissenting philosophies, no moralistic interpretations which divide, corrupt and destroy communication between human souls.
No governments are upturned, no faiths cut down by the sword, no sects or types eliminated. Only a personal revelation between the cosmos and a living soul, which flames quietly, bringing a lifetime of contentment and a realization that nothing in this world is worth exchanging for that attainment.
This is our meaning of serenity which peacefully surpasses All human understanding.

Of course, the ambulatory colossal turd serving as the Witches of Ellsworth Street's only sycophant, hit man and yap dog would point out that several of the paragraphs are different, the identical paragraphs are such only in language (so their meaning would be completely different because of Bill Duby's superior psychic powers and con man abilities) and besides, only the spiritually aware of the Academy for Psychic Studies would be able to understand it.

So, the fact that none of the spiritually superior ministers of this mentally deficient cult could explain the deteriorated creed no matter how many times they were asked should not indicate this creed is a steaming pile of shit.

Nor would the fact that Bill Duby stole all the scripts and fundamental philosophies of the Berkeley Psychic Institute give rise to suspicion that he also stole their creed, despite the incontrovertible evidence.

No, as the Academy for Psychic Studies unleashes a continuous barrage of tall tales describing Bill Duby's dubious psychic achievements and memories of Bill's imaginary relationship with Lewis Bostwick (BPI's founder) there wouldn't be a problem calling BPI's creed just an early version of the Academy's.

I mean, if the Academy stole all the things BPI taught and if Bill and the Witches perpetuated the lie that Bill was like a son to Lewis Bostwick (rather than the pest and psychotic he was perceived to be) why not steal the BPI creed while you are at it?

When it reigns, it pours.

Well, I searched for "smoking hot" and was
presented with Adam Lambert

Could be worse.  Google might have given me this guy:

As the Witches of Ellsworth Street look dejectedly at the ruins of their evil and deceitful enterprise, they still aspire to the kinds of riches, control and exploitation they enjoyed at the peak of the Academy for Psychic Studies reign of terror.

The problem is: there's no one left to terrorize.

Well, I guess that obsequious and grotesque excuse of a hit man and enforcer is left.  I guess he's getting what he wants (daily kicks in the ass) and the Witches give what they want (daily kicks in the ass).

And the elderly and decrepit hangers-on are still hanging on.  They have to.  The Witches had them so isolated, there's no one outside the cult they can associate with.

So the one middle-aged perfume merchant is still hanging on.  Good thing he has a roomful of oils.  He'll need it to ease Robin's weekly lower colon inspections.

As the remaining aged and discouraged leftovers of a heyday long past are now so beaten they can't protest when the Witches make even more insane demands, the terror we used to experience has dulled to resignation.  There's only so much abject terror the human mind and body can endure.  After years and years of abuse, like the abused child - the mind re-shapes the trauma into routine.  What once was terrifying is now familiar and when that happens, the mind is completely desensitized to abuse just like the boy in Suzanne Vega's song.

So, teaching $160 mind control classes that profit no one but the Witches, constantly shilling worthless yet expensive psychic services and making themselves appear as happy and fulfilled as they can make themselves continues to this day.

Too bad no one gives a shit...

Even a casual observer of the Academy's decrepit web site will notice few classes besides Meditation 1 and Healing 1 are ever offered.  There was a glimmer of psychotic hope when a few people showed up at the San Jose location to take an introductory course of psychosis.  Unfortunately for the Corpulent Turd, those students vamoosed never to appear again.  Looks like even more of the Witches shoe prints will appear on his broad seat of his pants.

Anyone familiar with the Elizabeth Kubler-Ross stages of grief can see exactly what's happening here:  the Witches are firmly implanted in stage one of grief - denial.  Well, maybe they are in stage two - anger.  However, as the Witches are in a constant state of simultaneous anger and denial, it's got to be pretty damn difficult to be sure which stage they are really in.

How often did the Witches deny there was anything wrong with the way they did things?  Even after several negative press reports (in print, the web and on broadcast television) they steadfastly not only refused to answer honest opportunities to tell their side of the story, they demonized the former members who spoke the truth.  The truthful revelations from former members ignited a public firestorm of scrutiny and rebuke.

The publication of Spiritual Perversion fanned the flames in a broader sense by bringing the public into the personal story of one of the Academy for Psychic Studies' most brutalized victims.

Of course, this blog has kept the flames burning by expanding the reach of the truth through the world wide web and proving the electronic pen is a lot mightier than the Academy's dull and rusted sword.

As these events built over the years, the dam of pent-up frustration began to overflow among the remaining members.  The Witches too.

In their relentless quest to squeeze more nickels, dimes and quarters from their weary members, the Witches round up the troops and demanded a million-dollar revenue stream.  How that was supposed to happen wasn't said, nor was that the Witches' concern.  They just wanted it.

The Witches of Ellsworth Street applied more and more pressure to the haggard troops for whatever the Witches craved for themselves and the Golden Child.  After all, God didn't give a damn if the followers had nice cars, new clothes, jewelry, retirement savings or personal real estate but He damn well wanted the Witches to have them.

So intense was the pressure, people quietly left the fold one by one and two by two.  The bishop was the one person charged with processing the departures and obtaining the money the Witches wanted to allow the unfortunate ex-member to leave unmolested and live in freedom from their hit man's harassment.

However, after a few short years of manipulating the membership and carrying out the perverse orders of the Witches, the loyalty of the Bishop was rewarded: her church stipend was cancelled and her share of income earned from her own hypnosis sessions and classes was reduced to 20% - an untenable situation for the Bishop.  Obviously, the Bishop parted company.

Immediately afterward, the last set of SRF holdouts pulled the ripcord.  The Witches were left with no one.

That watershed event was over a year ago.  It was, by all accounts, the death knell for the Academy for Psychic Studies and for the Witches of Ellsworth Street.

So of course, the right thing to do would be to liquidate immediately, take the money and head for the hills.

The right thing has never been in the Witches' playbook.

The Academy for Psychic Studies continues.  Maybe it's limping, gasping for air and debilitated but it's still there.

Now that the Witches are more vulnerable than ever and more dependent on their real estate earnings and public acceptance to sustain them, wouldn't now be the best time to show mercy, wouldn't now be the best time to be understanding, warm and nourishing?

What the hell have you been smoking?

When have the Witches helped up a follower without a quid pro quo?

Anyone?  Anyone?  Bueller?  Bueller?

And when have the Witches took advantage of someone in a vulnerable state?

OK, put your hands down.  I can't possibly call on all of you.

So, as the Witches swing wildly from denial to anger and back again, I believe now is the time to do unto them as they have done unto us.  I believe we can bring to them all the psychic warmth and spiritual nourishment they have bestowed on us.

Well, I guess that psychic warmth and spiritual nourishment is more like gratuitous humiliation and unfounded revenge when practiced by the Witches.

In that spirit, I will announce to you that the Witches' current travails with the former Blue Sky Ranch may be traced right back to this blog and the blog author.

That the Witches can create a half-million dollar illegal monstrosity and foist it upon an unwitting buyer was disturbing to me.  Not only that, that WE were involved in the creation of that monster was even more disturbing.  More disturbing still was that the Witches were all too eager to attract the toddlers of their members to come stay at the illegal quarters of the former Blue Sky Ranch.

Concerns for the safety of the followers and their children never entered the Witches' deranged minds.  Fair pricing for a buyer of the illegal structure wasn't a thought.  Getting more than their fair share certainly was.

Still, I have to thank the Witches for making the creation of a compelling and unimpeachable complaint to the Contra Costa Building Inspection Division so easy.  The ad the Blue Sky Ranch's realtor broadcast helpfully included photos of the illegal construction, allowing the inspectors probable cause to investigate.  That a now former member included pictures of toddlers in the illegal living spaces gave the inspectors the sense of urgency to act.

Such blunders by the Witches made if all too easy to make them account for their arrogance and disdain for safety, the law and human decency.

Oddly, the Witches said the same damn thing about me when they sued me.  Too bad they were smacked down there too.

The Blue Sky Ranch debacle isn't the only overtly illegal or questionable activity the Witches engage in.  Nor would it be the last, I suspect.

But even the Witches can't deny the truth: they are walking around with a "Kick Me" sign on their back, and it's written in their own handwriting.

I'm sure that's another thing they'll be angry about.

Separation of Church and State or maybe Separation of you from your money?

I asked another ex-member come by the other night for a little coffee, good humor and conversation. The subject of this person's ordination came up. This ex-member said he had not been able to use his ministerial title for some time. The reason is that he had not paid the Academy for Psychic Studies for the fees necessary to register him with the state. That registration was said to give a minister the legal protection necessary to perform a marriage, conduct pastoral counseling and all the other things that a minister must do.

The registration and fees associated with it are to be paid directly to the Academy for Psychic Studies, who in turn, would send the paperwork and the license fees to the State of California. I was not aware that the State of California required registration of clergy and none of the ministers I knew had a state-issued minister's card, certificate or license.

I just could not believe that a church has required to register clergy with a government agency. The first amendment is usually interpreted as requiring the government to stay well away from religion and certainly does forbid the regulation of a religious belief. There just could not be a state requirement to license, regulate or register clergy. It would be a clear violation of the "free exercise clause" of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. So, this notion of registering with the state stank like tuna left out for a week.

I decided to ask the California Department of Public Health, which has jurisdiction over who can conduct weddings and pastoral counseling. As it turns out, there is no California registry of clergy. The State of California has never maintained a list of registered clergy and never intends to.

Members of the clergy have no requirement to obtain a license or register in California just to conduct a marriage or provide pastoral counseling. Since the government is forbidden to get involved in religious issues (like who is qualified to be a minister) keeping an official State of California list of approved ministers, priests, rabbis and the like would be clearly unconstitutional.

As far as the state is concerned, once you are ordained as clergy at any church of any faith or denomination anywhere in the world, you are ordained as clergy and are empowered to conduct your pastoral duties and conduct marriages anywhere in the State of California. No verification is required by the state.

This ability to conduct a marriage remains valid for as long as the clergy wants to maintain his ordination. There is no yearly expiration of one's status a clergy, in the state's eyes. Even if you haven't thrown a wad of money into the Witches of Ellsworth's cauldron for a decade, you are as much a minister now as the day they gave you that dubious position.

In fact, all that the State of California requires of the minister performing a wedding is a recognition by the couple that the minister is actually a minister. You don't even really need to be ordained by an established church to perform a marriage; you can make up your own church (call it the church of the holy underwear with skid marks on them, if you like) and ordain yourself. Pretty easy, huh?

Same goes for any other ministerial duty. Just be sure you have some kind of entity that will serve as your church and you are good to go.

I've got one myself. It's from the Universal Life Church. It's a real certificate from a religious entity here in California. There have been many, many people who were ordained through the Universal Life Church and many of those were ordained for the purpose of conducting a wedding ceremony.

The certificate was free. The Academy for Psychic Studies charges tens of thousands of dollars to complete the ministerial training course - at least, it will take you tens of thousands of dollars before they decide to hand you a ministerial title. Thankfully, I don't have that stigma from the Academy for Psychic Studies.

Oddly, though, the Spiritual Rights Foundation (in the form of Bill Duby and Angela Silva) went on forever about how the SRF ministerial certificate was issued by the Universal Life Church.  Why would a church need to have another church issue a certificate of ordination for them?

If SRF was really a church, all the State of California and the United States of America requires is SRF's statement they are a church and the recognition of the congregation they are a church.  As SRF was fond of saying: "everything is done by agreement".  They must be too dense or paranoid to see they only needed a simple agreement to become a church.

So, this bit about them needing to issue ordination from the Universal Life Church must have been another attempt by Bill Duby to deceive and confuse.

I'm sure the SRF Secret Police Agents who surreptitiously peruse this blog will scoff at the validity of the Universal Life Church certificate of ordination. After all, they say, you get what you pay for.

But many, including our friend, received an SRF ministerial certificate that was at least purportedly from that same Universal Life Church.  Did they get what they paid for?

Well, that's true - sometimes. For all the money they put into the Academy for Psychic Studies, I wonder how valuable is their own certificate of ordination?

As far as a wedding is concerned, they have equal value. As far as giving pastoral counseling goes, they are both equally protective and valuable. Certainly, if the First Amendment protects the Academy for Psychic Studies as a religious organization, why can't any other such organizations enjoy equal rights?

Of course in the eyes of the Academy for Psychic Studies, there's no value in a "mail-order" ordination that costs nothing.

But in the citizen's eyes, in the eyes of the State of California, in the eyes of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, there is value. And their eyes are the only ones that matter.

What about that fee, then?

The State does not require it. Who does and where is that money going?

Quick One for the Weekend

I'm headed out for the weekend but I'll leave you with this set of comments I had on Joy's blog. Enjoy your weekend and I'll be back soon.

At the Spiritual Rights Foundation, the leaders were shown as masters of "havingness". They were the ones driving Cadillacs, with overflowing brokerage accounts, hiding stacks of Benjamins in their mattresses, and having shopping sprees at Macy's while they recited the idiot sayings and meaningless platitudes of the new age psychic philosophy over and over again.

The followers were driving decades-old shitheaps, scraping to make it to the end of the month, lucky to have an old, lumpy mattress and shopped at Big Lots and the Salvation Army while they recited the same damn thing.

I even witnessed a leader screaming at a follower who was balking at providing a luxurious home makeover of the leader's kitchen and living room for free. The leader also helpfully offered several profanities to assist the follower in growing spiritually and increase his havingness.

The leader was so successful in increasing the decrepit follower's havingness, that person immediately prospered from a holy kick in the ass from the anointed leader's spiritual boot. So, if you are open to havingness, you shall receive it when you are asking for it.

So I believe in havingness. I believe it's a misapplied, toxic and misleading word often used to control the compliant and empower the dominant.

  1. Well anon, I can say that SRF never gave so much as a penny of their own funds or assets to charity. Ever. We members were directed to make charitable contributions in the name of SRF. That would be for the purpose of showing that SRF was being charitable without SRF actually being charitable.

I heard from more than one source that our donations and tithes were skimmed from the donation plate each month. Bill would reach into the tithes, pull out all bills greater than $10 and stuff them in his pocket. I once saw Angela drop a thick tithe envelope into the dish during church service. After church service, I saw her carrying the same envelope back to her home. It was just as thick as it was earlier.

In the more than a decade I have been at SRF, there was no charitable giving or charitable works for the community. Ever. And no charitable works were ever discussed or planned. Forget talking about giving SRF's hard-stolen money to charity. It would never happen. They would not even hear of SRF matching the members' donation. The only aspirations to the community I ever heard of were related to making money from the community.

As for Bill, Angela and Robin gathering the staff without coercion; failure to appear when summoned was punished with monetary fines, public humiliation, even temporary loss of ministerial title. I saw all of that happen. The temporary loss of ministerial title was imposed on a minister who was late for a meeting with Bill due to an unforeseen problem on the freeway. She also suffered from MS and was never given accommodation because of her illness. Instead, she was run ragged.

I'll tell you how strong this coercion was: when my wife graduated from college, she invited several ministers from SRF to attend the ceremony. Several agreed. None actually attended.

    Why?

Angela called a last-minute meeting of the ministers at the exact time of my wife's graduation to discuss a trivial matter for an hour. None dared say they were invited to a once-in-a-lifetime event and important milestone achieved by a long time student of SRF at the same time of the meeting.

Some ministers apologized to me personally saying that they "had to go" and mentioned that not attending would carry consequences. Serious consequences.

I'm glad your healing, reading and class was of benefit for you. My first few years with SRF was the time of my life (except for the empty promise of getting laid part - at least I got a web award out of it).

But I'm relieved that you were spared the sight of the ugly underbelly of the SRF beast.

  2. Looks like there are many SRF people who have a lot to say. I believe this to be very healthy and a natural reaction to what happened to them and others. I hope they can eventually recover and move on the right path of forgetting about there time there.
I'm glad I never gave more than the small sum in the beginning. Mike and Joy, are you both still in contact with some of the people you write about in your blogs? Sounds like they really don't like you know?

  3. Hi Anonymous,
Yes it is good that people are talking about their experiences, very healthy.

Mike and I are not in contact with the leaders in which we write about. That relationship ends on their end once you start disagreeing with anything they do. They require almost total devotion. Plus I realy did not to be around them when I left once I started to see, realize and get out of the denial phase of what was really happening there.

There are some other people that we have mentioned in the blog that are not leaders and some of them we are in contact with.

A good portion of ex-SRF people we have been reconnecting with and building friendships with. That reminds me I need to send out invites for another get together.

And there are a few current SRF'rs who would like to leave and that are questioning the place but cannot bring themselves to leave.

    Thanks for your comments.

The Blue Sky Ranch just keeps confusing...

Looks like the Contra Costa County Building Inspectors took a gander at the plans for the Blue Sky Ranch.  Just like us, they were pretty darn confused at what in hell the Witches of Ellsworth Street intended when they built the thing.  In fact, one of them calls the project "a very confusing project"

What did they expect?

It's confusing to understand what this place is all about as well as why it was constructed in the first place.

Well, I'll just leave it at that.

Why The Blue Sky has a purpose or reason for being is beyond me too.

I can't tell if this is another of the Witches' labyrinthine and convoluted schemes to dodge whatever they want to dodge or if it's just another Blue Sky Ranch blue sky ideas.

Either way, the work to undo the evil that was done is underway.

I just hope it won't be re-done later.

Drop Dead Divas

Well, the diva part isn't a question with these two...

Well, it looks very much like the bell is tolling for the Witches of Ellsworth Street.

Their tax haven is starting to crumble and their cash cows have decided there are far better pastures than the weed-infested and dilapidated confines of the Academy for Psychic Studies compound in Berkeley.

It's now well-known that the two most eager and formally-loyal members of the official Academy staff were not only doing well with their respective hypnosis practices and healing consultations, they were also being squeezed hard by Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin to turn their heads and cough up enormous cuts of the revenue they earned without Angela and Robin investing one thin dime or offering even one moment of labor to help.

Of course, those of us who have seen Angela and Robin in action know they really like to make buckets of money by sitting in a comfy chair and intimidating their victims into "agreeing" to a business arrangement that profits only themselves, then adding even more threats and intimidation if the money hose starts to slow down.

The way Angela and Robin conduct their "business" practices is so much like the Mafia, I'm surprised there aren't hit men out for anyone who isn't paying those two a tribute.

That Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin (especially Angela) do all the mean, nasty and idiotic antics the can think of to instill fear and intimidate anyone who won't go along with their program of exploitation is legendary.  Every person who has been involved with the Academy lately has felt they were giving more and more and more and getting less and less in return.  Even those who were staunch supporters of the Witches of Ellsworth and those who have helped stir the cauldron were not spared.

Students read on their contract the Clairvoyant Training Program would last less than or about a year.  Instead the CTP would extend from one year to two to five and up to a decade, depending on how much control you were under and for how long you can pay for it.  After you realized you spent tens of thousands and wasted a decade you'll never get back... well, maybe you'll write a blog too.

People who found success on their own were pressured to give more and more of their earnings for the Witches' cauldron of evil.  One person had a thriving business.  His business thrived so much, he was compelled to give more and more and more of his earnings and profits to the Witches, who in return would give him, uh, well, I guess they really didn't give him anything.  They did goad, cajole and finally threw a barrage of insults at him to not only make him cough up the Benjamins, they had him work for them for no pay as well.

The bishop's child had been keeping a horse on Angela and Robin's farm with Angela's permission and knowledge.  When the bishop finally had enough and pulled the ripcord, Angela retaliated by demanding the horse be removed from her farm immediately or she would take it to auction where the animal would be sold and turned into dog food.  She also threatened to liquidate all the horses kept there as well - that they would all wind up in a can of fido food didn't matter to Angela.

After over a week of hard work by the bishop's daughter, the horses were adopted and taken to good homes.

That wasn't enough for Angela.  Once informed the horses were removed, Angela demanded she be paid any money realized from the sale of any animals.  It didn't matter to her that most of the animals didn't belong to her, Angela wanted the money anyway.

Anything, anyone, any animal having even a slight association with Angela Silva will find him or herself having to fill Angela Silva's open palm for something, real or imagined - usually imagined.  Angela does not accept credit cards and checks will be accepted only after your funds are verified.  To her, whatever she sees, whatever she wants, whatever she believes she can get away with will be consumed and converted into cash to pay off her Macy's card.

When we hear people who succeed in their own businesses are compelled to pay out a big cut of their income to the Witches for no good reason besides "It's God's law." somehow, we never really questioned it.  Oh, did I say "God's Law"?  I meant "Bill Duby's Law".  my bad....

But now we do question it.  We question why the Witches think they can get away with it. We question how they can get away with it.  I think there will be more people asking how and why shortly.  Maybe they will be the last of the faithful or maybe it will be someone else.

Whoever they may be, those questions will have no concrete answers until the Witches are called to task and compelled to reply.

As the Witches and the Academy in general won't speak publicly about a damn thing anymore, there's really no way to see or hear what their positions on anything happen to be.  However when it comes to reaching in your pocket for your lunch money, they have only one answer:  because we can.

They can because their spiritual lover and founder of the Academy for Psychic Studies was a con man.  He set up the con and they profited from it.  He told them they were entitled to collect money from every follower in any amount and for any reason.  He was the one who made them vow to put "business first" by collecting money and operating their warm and nourishing environments with the kind of ruthless pursuit of profit that would make Donald Trump proud.  Kind of an odd mission for a non-profit church, don't you think?

I found it telling that the Witches complained their "business" began to drop off because of what is said in this blog.  Again, complaining to a court that their non-profit church was "losing money" kind of takes the blush off of their position of being a warm and nourishing kindergarten of spiritual growth, doesn't it?  It does characterize them as an organization that puts money first, kind of like BP ignoring the safety of their drilling operations because there's no money in being safe.

You have to wonder just how they see the purpose of their organization. Is their purpose to be warm and nourishing to those who seek solace and understanding or is it to warm and nourish two insatiable women who have sold out themselves, their children, their siblings and their very soul to achieve a position of power over those who are by and large good and decent people who are happy to serve and happy to give.

And you have to wonder why Angela Silva and Robin Dumolin would abuse that position for their own personal gain.

Oh, right...  it's for the money.  my bad...
